For most of history, demihumans have been the victims of constant persecution and attempts at extermination by humanity, as humanity is the largest group.

The demihumans in their history have faced approximately a total of 3 major genocides. During the campaigns of Genghis Khan they would be victims of a systematic extermination that would put the Asian demihuman population on the brink of extinction itself, only being able to recover its former population pre-Genghis Khan until well into the 21st century. Being the largest genocide in his history.

During the Middle Ages, demihuman communities in North Africa would be destroyed by the Muslim conquests and enslaved. Muhammad himself would advocate the total extermination of the impure demihuman race. Which ended in a great demihuman emigration to sub-Saharan Africa where they would have a recession to a pre-agricultural lifestyle.

During the 20th century they would suffer a bloody attempt at extermination between 1933 and 1945 by the National Socialist regime and the Soviet regime. In the demihuman cultura the genocide perpetrated by the Soviets and the Nazis is often viewed as one, rather than as separate attempts. It began in 1933 with an attempt by Stalin to erase the strong demihuman religious identity through a bloody cultural revolution in Ukraine and Central Asian countries and mass deportations. The genocide would then continue with the penetration of the German army into Soviet soil, with direct ethnic cleansing.

Nowadays, depending on the country, culture and geographical situation, semi-humans can be treated in different ways.

In Western countries they are treated with some consideration for rights, although they continue to be somewhat discriminated by law and by the state, they have managed to gain a certain amount of individual rights even though they remain segregated.

In Japan and other asian oriental countries, demihumans they have a much greater civic and citizen participation in society where they are seen as equals. Shintoism and Buddhism would come to have influence with this, since in principle the demihumans would be treated as semi-gods by these cultures.

In Latin American countries they also have the best quality of rights, Although the demihuman population in Latin America is too low compared to other regions, it is in the former colonies of the Spanish Empire where they have equality before the law and where they tend to suffer fewer acts of segregation.

It is in Islamic countries where demihumans are treated the worst, where Sharia law encourages persecution and racial segregation against demihumans.
