Kelp

Kelp is an undisciplined male Oshawott who is 20 years old, but hasn't even reached level 5. He is easily rolled over by nearly any opponent. Despite that, he thinks he's the toughest, and constantly picks fights with other pokemon to prove his strength, only to get soundly beaten. He always comes up with excuses for why he lost - that it was a fluke or that he was distracted or some similar lie.

He is short and stout, with white coloured fur and a teal coloured wetsuit with frilly edges. He has a big bulbous brown otter nose, navy blue feet and ears, and a navy blue tail. He has little back freckles on his cheeks. He has stubby little fangs that he thinks are scary (but they're not). He always carries around his scalchop - a pale yellow scallop shell that he uses as a weapon - it's not very effective.
