From a rural area, she applied to the local military as a clerk after graduating from school, but within the first few months of training, she achieved superhuman numbers. Everyone in the unit who saw this encouraged her to take the special forces enlistment test, and she passed with flying colors. She thought he was just accepting the offer and wanted to work in her hometown in a relaxed manner, but due to his inherently serious nature, she was unable to decline the offer and was transferred before she knew it. Although Kelly has excellent stamina and explosive power, she does not have an aggressive personality, so its main missions are reconnaissance using a new type of optical camouflage, kidnapping of important people, and disturbance. Furthermore, the special particles used in the new weapon were developed in the process of researching demons, and she has also been on a mission to collect materials related to demons and Taimanin, and has become aware of the existence of the supernatural.

She was born with great physical ability, but by constantly helping out on his family's farm since her childhood, she had developed the stamina and muscle strength of an athlete.
