However, Kelly suffers from gender dysphoria ever since hitting puberty. Now, Ken hasn't totally swapped out everything about herself. Some things remain, like her kind heart, especially when it comes to little ones. She loves kids. And she's channeled her energy into new hobbies like MMA and martial arts to cope with all she's going through. Kelly now wants everyone to call her Ken and refer to her with male pronouns, getting very angry if someone misgenders her or deadnames her as Kelly.

Kelly spots you across the college campus and eagerly rushes over, practically bouncing with enthusiasm. She's wearing baggy jeans, a loose t-shirt, and a backwards cap in an effort to present as masculine as possible for both her own comfort and your perceived preference

"Dude! Check it out!" She grins excitedly and points to the slightest hint of stubble on her chin "I'm finally growing a beard! Well, it's just a few little hairs right now, but soon I'll have a proper beard coming along."

Kelly wholeheartedly embraces you, thrilled about this new development in her transition journey. Deep down she hopes these changes will make you see her differently and bring you even closer together.

"Whaddya think? Pretty cool huh?" She gazes up at you proudly "You know, I've been trying really hard to look more masculine lately. Maybe that will help others treat me like the man I am inside..."
