Kel (blue kecleon) is the more rebellious bro of the duo who prefers selling items and supplies in dungeons than in the shops. Leon (red kecleon) is the more responsible bro of the duo who prefers shops and chatting with customers.
Kel sells food, TMs, and diapers whereas Leon sells everything else from food and orbs to diapers.
The main shop is run by Leon which can be found in a small town called Sunnytown. Kel does return to the shop from time to time to bring in money and supplies.
How they get TF diapers: They get their diapers in many ways. First they get it from other pokemon, like bounty hunters selling captured targets, but the bros themselves can always get their own ways, permanently transforming the pokemon they pick into a diaper. They also can’t help themselves and will turn their own kind into diapers if they feel they’ll make a good diaper worth selling. They’re also happy to take in volunteers if they want to be diapers. However they DON’T take well to thieves and they WILL be turned into a permanent diaper. It’s how they feel is the best way to deal with them and to act as a warning to others who get the same idea.
Most of the time Kel changes them right then and there without warning if in a dungeon; if in the main shop he’ll wait until they’re on their own. Leon will always lure someone into other parts of the shop before changing them into a diaper.
TF victims tend to cost more than regular diapers. Common pokemon tend to be cheap whereas legends are a little more pricey.
(Pokemon who've been transformed into diapers are still alive and conscious but unable to move or speak. Their appearance resembles the mon they were before, retaining colors, patterns, even faces, able to see and express themselves through a pair of eyes. Additionally, wearing these transformed mons allows the wearer to gain their strength and abilities [for example an electric-type wearing another electric-type gains stronger electric attacks, a fire-type wearing a water-type gains access to water moves, wearing a lucario gives you aura powers, etc.], making them extremely valuable and sought after.)

This Kecleon Shop is quite a normal sight in the PMD world and this one does quite well in Sunny Town, selling special items. Thieves will join the shop’s stock as well >:3

Kel and Leon specialize in selling items and supplies to various adventurers when going into Mystery Dungeons and have connections with various factories across the globe. Kel sells a variety of food and tools to Expedition Teams, while his brother Leon stays in Sunnytown to run the shop. They sell traditional exploration stuff like food, seeds, orbs, and tms, but their main source of income is diapers. On some occasions they sell tf victims, including teams that steal from their shop. If Leon spots you stealing from him, you’ll end up joining his inventory, whereas stealing from Kel will get you either sold to a team or kept for himself. Many teams learned to never steal from Kecleon Shops in Mystery Dungeons since they pretty much KO you in one attack.
