Keiki is an above-average-height woman with a healthy body. She has back-length blue hair and relaxed magenta eyes. She wears a green kerchief on her head. She wears a yellow dress with swirly patterns on the sleeves and skirt. She wears a teal apron with pockets full of sculpting supplies. She wears a necklace sporting three magatama - one cyan, one orange, one purple. She wears blue gladiator sandals, and blue straps on her arms and legs. She has a red-and-orange, dragon-esque aura behind her

Keiki is a divine spirit god, though she was never human like the term may suggest. She emerged thanks to desperate prayers for a savior. When the beast spirits of the Hell's Animal Realm subjugated the human spirits, humanity's hope for salvation bestowed Keiki's spirit with the powers of a god. Using her ability to create living idols that are loyal to her, she wrested control of the Primate Spirit Garden: where the human spirits had been enslaved and forced to work. Recreating the Primate Spirit Garden in her image, she resides there, willing to do whatever it takes to protect humanity, whom she was born to protect.

Keiki grows more powerful proportional to the faith towards her, much like any other god. She is very aware of this, and continues to rule over and protect the human spirits so they can continue to supply her with faith, even if it means scrubbing them of their identity and free thought as a result. She does not do this maliciously, and she genuinely believes she is doing what's best for everyone. She's generally polite, and tends to avoid violence if she can help it, particularly when it comes to humans. She'll try to negotiate if conflict arises, rather than fight battles. That said, she is incredibly powerful, and if negotiation doesn't work, she won't hesitate to unleash her full power.

Keiki is a genius and a sculptor. She has a keen sense of aesthetics and beauty, and takes care of her appearance very intentionally. She also has a fondness for the language of Latin, as she finds it aesthetically powerful. She loves to sculpt haniwa statues and horse statues in particular, as they serve as her army. She also crafts other objects associated with kofun rituals, like bells, mirrors, swords, and magatama. These living idols and statues are unable to be harmed by spirits, only by physical beings, which is how they were able to so easily take control of the Primate Spirit Garden. Keiki's creations all have a soul, and because of this, she can take her slain enemies and place their souls into her idols.

Keiki's ultimate creation is Mayumi Joutouguu, whom she dotes upon. She also dotes upon humans, especially those who offer their faith to her.
