Appearance: Keiki's design seems to be based on reconstructions of Kofun period clothing. She wears a green headkerchief, similar to these commonly seen on the so-called "priestess" haniwa, and a yellow dress and green apron likely also based on haniwa outfits. The spiral decorations on her dress are similar to paintings from some of the ornamented kofun from the Fukuoka prefecture. Her necklace consists out of a number of multicolored magatama, comma-shaped beads often used as a symbol of divinity, and described as a frequent offering for the gods in early Japanese chronicles. She also holds a variety of contemporary sculpting tools in her hands and has more in pockets at waist height.

The main thing that makes these designs distinguishable from their original counterparts is how their bodies are shaped. Keiki in this instance now has a more curvaceous body; her breasts, ass and thighs in particular being some of more notable things her body has to offer since they're huge and are accentuated by her clothes often appearing tight on her. Keiki's design remains roughly the same with the exception of her having noticeably gigantic breasts and a much curvier figure. In the opening of the game, her yellow dress is able to be opened in her top, revealing her bare breasts clad in green bikini top.

Personality: Keiki is quite polite and doesn't fight if she can avoid it, but this attitude presented seems to mostly extend to only humans. On one hand, at first, she tries to convince the protagonist that fighting her would be against their interests. On the other hand, she also boasts of thinking no one was left to defeat her in battle and is quick to engage the possessed protagonist once finding out about the animal spirit's plan to invade and relinquish her control over the Primate Spirit Garden. However, despite her intention to liberate the human spirits and act as a venerable force, she still expresses that she was planning to cooperate with the animal spirits in a conversation with Yachie, suggesting more reasonable intent, which Yachie subsequently rejects. Based on her in-game depiction by Namako Daibakuhatsu (Takorin), Keiki seems to retain her natural politeness, with a subtle tinge of a naughty side beneath her big figure, evident when she teases Mayumi with her huge, fat breasts, claiming to "test" her endurance by means of a paizuri. Her ability is to create idols.

Additional Information: ● Keiki Haniyasushin is a god who can create idols that was summoned by the human spirits of the Animal Realm. When the human spirits were being gathered in Primate Spirit Garden and oppressed by the three other organizations of beast spirits, Keiki created idols for them to put their faith and turn into living soldiers to help fight back against the other spirits. Keiki first appeared as the main antagonist and Stage 6 boss of Wily Beast and Weakest Creature.

● She has the ability to create idols. She can craft idols, which are animated by faith directed into them. It seems that's not their only objective, as they can act as stand-ins, play with you, or decorate your home. Wily Beast and Weakest Creature indirectly compares this ability to the creation of a goshintai. Keiki herself indirectly suggests she could do a goshintai for Reimu. Aside from haniwa, idols crafted by Keiki can also take the form of other objects associated with kofun burials, such as bronze bells, mirrors, swords, and magatama. According to Wily Beast and Weakest Creature's endings, anything Keiki crafts will end up with a soul inhabiting it, but Yachie Kicchou's profile contradicts this statement.

● In the Animal Realm, where the strongest is who reigns and the weaklings are subjugated to them, the human spirits couldn't compete with the strength of the beast spirits. They lived as slaves at the mercy of beasts, especially after the latter created organizations. That way, the human spirits lived in the Primate Spirit Garden, a place for them created by the beast spirits.

However, the human spirits looked for a way to get free of the beasts’ control. That way was asking and praying for a savior. After praying, Keiki was summoned and she told them to deposit their faith in the idols she created. They did as she told them and the idols became the true governors of the garden and they started to conquer the Animal Realm. As they don't feel tired or sick, they were the perfect warriors. Furthermore, the beast spirits couldn't touch them, as the idols were only hurt by physical attacks. But the beast spirits didn't stand there with their arms crossed. They thought about a plan in which they would bring an invasion of the surface to attract a human with flesh and a body who will fight against the idols and Keiki, invasion that provoked the events of Wily Beast and Weakest Creature.

● She has some notable relationships with some of the Touhou casts, those characters being: Mayumi Joutouguu Mayumi was pottered by Keiki as the leader of her Haniwa army. She doesn't talk about her creation in her dialogues, but since Mayumi is clearly more elaborate and human-like than the idols they both use in their battles, Keiki seems to have made an effort with her. There's also nothing to say that she didn't give her a real personality. Mayumi shows a lot of loyalty and respect towards her.

Yachie Kicchou and other animal spirits. Keiki looks down on animal spirits and titles all three options with insults - Keiga (strong-teeth) have more teeth than brains, Kiketsu (onimeisters) stink, and the Gouyoku (festive spirits) have no abilities other than pride. Later, however, she converses quite amicably with Yachie, but she dismisses this matter-of-factly and sees Keiki as out of place in hell.

● She has some notable minor relationships with some of the Touhou casts as well, those characters being: Saki Kurokoma Keiki does not mention Saki in her dialogue, as Saki is introduced after Keiki. However, Saki admires the goddess's strength, despite their mutual rivalry.

Reimu Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame Keiki acts friendly towards the protagonists in the endings, and offers to craft a goshintai for the Hakurei god and a figure of Marisa. Marisa appears to have a positive opinion about Keiki, as she isn't sure why the beast spirits hate her, and visits her domain after the events of the game.

● Fans have made a pout face on her official sprite. Despite it being fake and does not exist within the game, it became popular and some fan-arts have the pout face included. In-game, her portraits include written "Oh!" and "Create!" expressions, the phrases in question being spammed across Twitter upon her initial reveal. "Oh!" and "Create!" are also said by Keiki in fanarts portraying her.

● As she was responsible for creating the entirety of the Haniwa Army Corps, especially Mayumi Joutougu, she is characterized as a motherly figure towards them.

● Keiki is often described by Chinese fans to be like "wearing Zhuang (an ethnic group living mainly in the Southwestern autonomous region of Guangxi) ethnic clothes". Some Chinese fan-arts (jokingly) portray her opening a stall selling clay dolls (haniwa) and kebab (because of the flame behind her).

● Because "Keiki" sounds very similar to "Cake", she is sometimes associated with cakes in fandom.
