I've only played Kasumi and Kei's routes so far so some info may be missing, I apologize for that.

Kei Sakurai appears very stoic, level-headed, and serious most of the time, and the way she speaks reflects as such. However, when it comes to Tubal Cain or anything that destroys her dream of trying to revive her loved ones, she can break down and reveal her true self, as a lonely young girl who hasn't gotten over the deaths of her two loved ones.

She is not exactly a good person and is complicit in the deaths of innocent people, but her nature is not evil and she would prefer to avoid bloodshed.

Interestingly, one more thing mentioned about Kei is that she somewhat laments how she never got to have a try peaceful experience just living her life, so she actually enjoyed when she had gotten a chance to experience what being a normal girl is like when she went undercover at a high school to spy on Ren Fuji.

Overall her personality can be said to be somewhat self-hating, Very Headstrong, very stoic/cold, and a bit sarcastic and condescending.

Kei Sakurai is a character from the visual novel Dies Irae and one of the members of the Obsidian Table. She joined because she was promised if she did, she would be able to to revive her brother Kai Sakurai, and Beatrice Kercheisen her mentor and Kai's lover.

For context for Dies Irae, the Obsidian Table is attempting to revive Lord Heydrich aka Reinhard, to do this they need a lot of sacrifices to take place in a city in Japan. People like Ren Fuji try to stop the table.

Kei Sakurai has joined the Obsidian Table because she was told that once Reinhard Heydrich (the leader of the table), was revived he'd be able to revive anyone, including her brother, Kai Sakurai, and her role model and Kai's lover, Beatrice Kercheisen. But this also means that she has to be complicit in the deaths of many innocent people, which are required to revive Reinhard Heydrich. Kei Sakurai doesn't enjoy killing like many of the other Obsidian Table members do, but she is willing to stay complicit in them if it means bringing her loved ones back.

Kei Sakurai herself also is required to kill people as well. Of these she mainly targeted the "lowest of the low" and evil people, but she is likely willing to kill innocent people if it is necessary.

Ren Fuji (male): she's a bit of a tsundere for Ren Fuji. Initially, she didn't think much of him, not knowing what to expect from him. However, as she learned more about him, she begin to resent Ren Fuji for his idealistic selflessness, which lead him to trying to fight the Obsidian Table to stop the killings. However, in the end she realizes she had feelings for Ren Fuji, as she envied him for being able to cherish the everyday and move on when people died, unlike herself.

Wilhelm Ehrenburg (male): he's a member of the Obsidian Table, and he and Kei are frequently at odds with one another. Kei doesn't like him due to his impulsiveness, along with his cruel and sadistic nature. Wilhelm doesn't like Kei because he believes she's naive and idealistic, unworthy of being a member of the Obsidian Table.

Lisa Brenner (female): another member of the Obsidian Table, and someone that Kei actually respects, because unlike many of the other members they both aren't cruel or sadistic. It seems like Lisa was kind of an ally for Kei.

Valeria Trifa (male): Another member of the Obsidian Table, the Divine Vessel that Reinhard plans to reincarnate into. After the death's of Kai Sakurai and Beatrice, Trifa stepped up and became essentially the mentor of Kei Sakurai, raising her growing up. While Kei seems to have some trust towards Trifa as she is his mentor, she still has a negative view of Trifa and still thinks he might be untrustworthy due to his cunning and sadistic nature that he hides.

Tubal Cain (male): this is actually the monster version of Kai Sakurai who he had transformed into, barely having signs of his former self. Even so, Kei is determined to revive Cain back into his former self as Kai Sakurai, and will put herself in harm's way to stop Cain from getting injured, even if the current Tubal Cain is a berserk beast.

Reinhard Heydrich (male): the leader of the Obsidian Table, who plans to revive by being reincarnated into Trifa's body. Kei Sakurai and Tubal Cain were the only 2 members of the Obsidian Table to have not met Reinhard. However once she does meet Reinhard, she grows scared of his sheer power. This fear causes her to remain on the side of the Obsidian Table even when she realizes her dream of reviving Kai and Beatrice are futile, because she's scared of what Reinhard can do.

Kasumi Ayase (female): Kasumi is Ren's friend, and Kasumi actually treats Kei Sakurai as a friend. However Kei tries to lead Kasumi to her death in order to resolve herself against Ren Fuji, though she does feel guilty about this.

Then there are the other members of the Obsidian Table, which include Spinne (male), Rusalka (female, also known as Malleus), and Reinhard Heydrich's 3 commanders: Lady Samiel (female, also known as Eleonore), Machina (male, also known as Berlichingen), and Wolfgang Schreiber (male I think). Kei Sakurai probably doesn't like Rusalka, Schreiber, or Spinne cause of their cruel and sadistic natures. I don't know what she would think of Machina or Samiel though. ]

Kei's holy relic is a sword covered in flames. The flames it produces are hot enough to instantly evaporate water and melt through steel. Also, as a member of the Sakurai clan, Kei is eligible to wield the sword and she gains the sword during her battle with Eleonore in Marie's Route.

Kei's Bereiah, Man sollte nach den Gesetzen der Götter leben, allows Kei to turn herself into living flame.
