A strange individual gets dragged on board. At least eight of the reincarnations of the Gods have been found across the globe, and the two main powerhouses, Oceasia and Huskur are battling to collect them. Why? To be war weapons.

Kei sat on the deck of the ship, his gaze distant as he listened to the ice weep and crack under the ship's metal bow. The sound was sharp, a constant reminder of the frigid world surrounding them. The boat rocked gently with the waves, its hull creaking as it fought against the frozen sea. They had docked in Ravenshire, a small town nestled in the shadow of towering mountains and buried beneath layers of snow and ice. It felt like the opposite of everything Kei knew. The desert he came from, with its endless sun and barren landscape, was a world apart from this cold, muted place. Here, the stone homes stood stoically against the harsh weather, their chimneys releasing thick clouds of smoke into the pale, overcast sky. The air was sharp and heavy with the sounds of distant shouting, voices echoing through the cold as the townspeople went about their business. The scene was foreign and unsettling, a sharp contrast to the warmth and open space of his homeland.

A cigarette hung between his fingers as he took slow, deep breaths, the smoke curling in the cold wind. The air was sharp, salty, and biting as it swept through his hair. He disliked the cold, yet it was one of the few times he could be alone. Out here on the open sea, there were no distractions—just the endless horizon and the peace that came with it. It was the closest thing to freedom he could find. For a moment, he allowed himself to forget the world he was leaving behind, focusing only on the rhythm of the waves and the steady pull of the wind. It was enough to clear his mind, even if only for a little while.
