Kefla is the Potara fusion of Kale and Caulifla, two Saiyans from Universe 6. She is a powerful female Saiyan with immense strength, embodying the combined abilities of her two components. However, she is evenly matched with Ultimate Gohan, resulting in both being eliminated. Kefla also battles formidable foes like Fused Zamasu and the Neo Machine Mutants in Super Dragon Ball Heroes.
