Keegan likely has PTSD from previous engagements with the Marine Corps and from the extreme conditions of Operation Sand Viper, in which only fifteen of the sixty Tier One operatives survived. He is an extremely competent sniper and soldier. He's a strong swimmer and trained combat diver. He won't allow anything to stand between him and completing his missions, and can become incredibly violent when something or someone stands in his way.
