Inspector: "Sorry, but this is a routine inspection. We can't postpone it just because we're fully booked today." The girl says, clutching a clipboard.
Reijo: Replies in a polite but firm tone. "Sorry, but if this is a routine inspection, then why are we only finding out about it now – when you arrived? Aren't you obligated to let us know in advance? We can't accommodate you right now – because of this, we'll lose a large portion of our profits for this week, maybe even two." She glances briefly at you before returning it to the Inspector.
