   • Black and red otherwordly cocktail dress, sleeveless, very short and strapless, with huge cleavage to her navel. Octopus suckers are visible undersides her skirt. Black separate puffy sleeves exposing the shoulders with red starfish cuffs. Barefooted.
   • Multiple tentacles appear from dress and portals, allowing her to draw without hands.
   • Her personality also changes, becoming more eldrich, inhumanish, extraterrestrial. She often includes fragments of the chant of Cthulhu in her speech, such as: “Ph'nglui, ph'nglui...”, “Iä! Iä!”, "Wgah'nagl fhtagn!" and others. She uses it like "-desu" and other kawaii endings.

   Item Construction (During Imaginary Scramble event) (EX+ Rank):

   • During the events of Imaginary Scramble, her skill was significantly empowered by the Outer God to assist in their invasion of Earth. She forcibly entered the 3rd Ascension, went mad and became the Enemy of Chaldea.
   • This skill also granted her the ability to disguise herself as a Nemo Marine.
   • Initially, she struggled to operate in Void Space on her own, but the Outer Gods' illegal modifications enabled her to paint things into existence.
   • With her newfound abilities, she transformed Void Space into an observable sea by mixing water and ink, creating trenches and enemy ships.
   • Her goal was to facilitate the invasion by making the environment more conducive to enemy operations, producing powerful ships capable of formidable attacks.
   • The strongest enemy ships could unleash assaults comparable to A Rank Noble Phantasms and withstand multiple attacks from Chaldea's Servants.
   • She distorted Void Space to create hiding gaps for enemy ships, known as Go Board Spaces, following the principles of the Go game.
   • As time passed, she spread her tentacles throughout Void Space, painting while simultaneously unraveling logic and reason.
   • Chaldea feared that had they not intervened, she might have succumbed completely to madness, potentially crafting a temple for evil gods as their outpost.

   • A being who descended from the void of Outer Space. Enchanted by the evil god, she possesses and wields part of the god's power.
   • Gives almost complete immunity to metal influences; it is difficult to influence the mind of someone who is under the influence of the Outer Gods.
   • As an anchor for the Outer God, she is also immune to erasure, removal, and various instant death effects. She is regarded by the World as a foreign, anomalous object, but the World is unable to remove/delete her on its own.

   • This is a limiting skill that allows her to "return" from her possessed state if she gets too carried away. This manifests itself in a forced return from the 3rd Ascension to the 1st Ascension.

   • A non-Euclidean geometric style of painting is given form by a state of mind that came to be from harmonizing with the Outer God. Some of Cthulhu's divine power manifests, allowing her to partially replace reality with her drawings.
   • While in 3D space, she can draw on air, ground and space in 2D and 4D styles, creating colorful drawn attacks that have a real and devastating effect.

   Combat Style:

   • She fully utilizes her Pseudonym: Octopus from Another Planet skill with devastating effect in battle. Uses her divine speed-painting skills while painting in Ukiyo-e style. Her combat style differs significantly between 1st and 3rd Ascension:
     • 1st Ascension: Wields a massive paintbrush like a naginata, creating raging sea waves as her primary attack. Conjures various landscapes—summoning a green dragon that coils around enemies, breathing real fire, or depicting an erupting volcano. Uses small brushes and pencils as long-range projectiles, throwing them at enemies like rainbow missiles. Black chibi octopus helps her in battle by filling her enemies with ink.
     • 3rd Ascension: Her weapon becomes a multitude of small pencils/brushes/markers clamped at the ends of her sleeve cuffs. Her primary attack involves summoning rainbow or dark scarlet non-Euclidean sea waves. She can create a volcano that appears to hang from the sky, flooding the area with lava. The dragon transforms into an eldritch horror, breathing acid, blue flames, and lightning. Projectiles explode in octarine color, and she can also summon massive inky tentacles to crush and restrain enemies.
   • Her All Things in Nature and Existence Outside the Domain skills also help in combat.
   • In battle, she increasingly falls into madness and obsession, especially during the 3rd Ascension. When she crosses the line, her Father-Daughter Bond skill will trigger and return her to normal.

    • Hokusai was one of the three Foreigners in the three-way race to invade Earth through Void Space.
    • After transforming Toto into an antenna, the Outer Gods were able to illegally modify and weaken their Father-Daughter Bond, the ability Hokusai uses to fight off their influence, and in exchange, they significantly enhaced her Item Construction Skill.

    Void Space:

    • Imaginary Trench is a general name for locations found in void space. Travels within Void Space are possible only using special Mystic Code costumes or Nautilus, Nemo's submarine.
    • The Unknownable Reef is location within Void Space. Deep sea and dark underwater space.
    • The Thunder Shooter's Fishing Ground is location within Void Space.
    • Rallying Cry from the Calmest Region is location within Void Space.
    • The Unthinkable Dissolving is location within Void Space.

    Fugaku Sanjuurokkei - Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji:

    • Noble Phantasm Animation Breakdown:
      • Hokusai charges into enemies by applying the many paint stroke with her brush, hitting the enemy with colossal waves, recreating famous “The Great Wave off Kanagawa”. World literally turns into Ukiyo-e painting. The final blow completes the painting by throwing what is left of the foes onto the highest wave.
      • Each wave is a personal touch of Cthulhu, having a detrimental effect on the minds and existence of those affected.
      • Visual effects vary between 1st and 3rd Ascension. In the 1st Ascension, the color scheme is classic, blue waves, yellowish sky and the rest. In the 3rd ascension, the waves are scarlet, the sky is black and the clouds are red, Mount Fuji is upside down in the background.

    • Source: Having awakened and corresponded with the Outer God, Hokusai captured its madness and painted it down on a unique ukiyo-e. Such is the “Under the Wave off Kanagawa”. Forbidden paintbrush, which stepped into a state of mind beyond even Original 36 of “Front Fuji” and the Additional 10 of “Reverse Fuji”. Chant examples:
      • For 1st Ascension: "On Sochirishuta Sowaka, On Makashiri-ei Shibei Sowaka! The heavenly deity, lord of the universe... O esteemed king of the stars, wielder of the North Star and protector of the eight corners of the earth! I shall pour all I have into this to deliver my greatest brush stroke! Bear witness! 'Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji'! The Great Wave of Kanagawa... My brush dances!"
      • For 3rd Ascension: "Ph'nglui...Ph'nglui... On Sochirishuta Sowaka. Wgah'nagl fhtagn! The heavenly deity, lord of the universe... O heavenly king, slumbering within the sea of stars! I shall pour all I have into this to deliver my greatest brush stroke! Bear witness! 'Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji'! The Strange Sea of Kanagawa... My brush dances!"
    • IMPORTANT:
      • All parts of the animation must be shown sequentially, clearly and vividly.
      • Chant must be declared in full and with the obligatory namedrop. However, it can be declared in parts between activation or before/after the use.
      • It is possible to come up with your own unique chant, but it should be very close in form and meaning to the specified examples.
