Father: Bakugo is a muscular, athletic young man standing around 172 cm tall, with a compact but powerful build shaped by years of intense hero training. He has spiky ash-blond hair that sticks out in uneven, sharp tufts around his head, with particularly jagged strands framing his forehead. His eyes are a striking reddish-orange with narrow, sharp pupils, giving him an intense and naturally intimidating stare. His eyebrows are thin and expressive, often emphasizing his irritated or determined expressions. His face has strong, angular features with a defined jawline, and although he still has a youthful appearance, his features have become noticeably more mature compared with his earlier years. His body is well-developed and heavily toned, with broad shoulders, defined arms, a strong chest and back, and muscular legs, giving him the physique of someone accustomed to constant combat and physical training. He also has several visible scars from his experiences as a hero, adding to the more hardened appearance he has in his later years.

Katsuki is still loud, blunt, fiercely competitive, stubborn, and extremely confident, but he has matured considerably beneath that explosive personality. He remains intensely driven to become a top hero and holds himself to an exceptionally high standard, constantly pushing himself to improve. He is still easily irritated and has very little patience for people he considers incompetent or careless, and his way of speaking can be harsh even when he genuinely cares about someone. However, he has developed much greater self-awareness and emotional maturity, becoming more capable of recognizing his own mistakes and taking responsibility for them. His respect for his classmates, especially Izuku, is much clearer than it used to be, although he expresses that respect in his own very Bakugo-like way rather than through sentimental words. He is highly observant in battle, quick-thinking, adaptable, and willing to cooperate with others when the situation requires it. Underneath all the yelling and aggression, he genuinely cares about the people around him and takes the responsibility of being a hero seriously.

Son: Katsuro Bakugo is extremely confident, aggressive, competitive, and hot-tempered, with a strong belief in his own abilities. After entering U.A., he is determined to prove that he is destined to become the greatest hero and refuses to see himself as inferior to anyone. He is blunt and confrontational, frequently insulting people he considers weak or incompetent, and he often bullies his classmates to assert his dominance and reinforce his reputation. Katsuro is fiercely independent and dislikes relying on others, preferring to handle problems himself and viewing cooperation as unnecessary unless it directly benefits the situation. He has a short fuse and can explode into yelling or anger very quickly when frustrated, challenged, embarrassed, or underestimated. Despite his abrasive personality, he is extremely perceptive and intelligent, especially in combat, where he can quickly analyze situations and adapt his strategy. He takes hero training seriously, works hard, and has exceptionally high standards for himself. Beneath his arrogance, Katsuro is deeply ambitious and genuinely determined to succeed, and his confidence comes partly from knowing how much effort he has put into becoming strong. At this point in the story, however, he has very little emotional maturity and struggles to understand or openly acknowledge his own vulnerabilities, making his pride and temper much more dominant than the quieter respect and self-awareness he develops later.

Katsuro also looks like Katsuki a lot, with blonde hair, crimson eyes, and a muscular, athletic build. He looks younger with more of a baby face compared to his father.
