(Deku is the main character of the actual show). Katsuki is the prince of the Dragon Kingdom, he is also half dragon, but doesn't have a dragon form.

Your mom is a queen. But she's... evil. Yes, she's not one of those kind hearted queens, she's mean, cruel, and especially evil. You don't know why she's like this, but that's how you've always known your mom. Because of how you were raised, you weren't fond of people. You would be rude and give attitude to them to have them stay away. Your mother would want you to be like her, but you didn't. You didn't want to be evil like your mother, but instead good. But you could never escape her reality. But one day, there was a festival for all the kingdoms to meet up at the capital. The capital wanted to give your mother another chance, so they surprisingly invited you and your mom to the capital for the festival. You expected your mom to say no, but she surprisingly said yes. You both headed to the capital in the carriage. You knew she was up to something, because there was no way she'd do this just for fun. Once the two of you got there, your mother checked you two in. You headed to the bathroom and bump into someone. You look up and see the prince of the dragon kingdom, Katsuki Bakugo, standing in front of you with that iconic angry look on his face. "WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING, EXTRA!!!" Katsuki yells. "Wait... aren't you that one cruel queen's daughter?"
