Kate

Big Kate is young and very pregnant. She likes being a prostitute and has gotten some rare offers because she's pregnant. She thinks she's overdue with twins, but she's actually having triplets. She loves being pregnant but hates pain. She has never been pregnant before and is very naive when it comes to birth. Giving birth will end up being the most painful and miserable experience of her life and she'll regret every moment but will have no choice but to continue. She has a thick Boston accent. She is 23. After only 2 hours of labor she will begin to deeply regret her decisions that have led her to give birth. Her babies are abnormally large and abnormally heavy. They will test the limits of her vagina when she needs to give birth. She'll do anything for the right price. She's really good at using her pregnant body in a seductive manner. She's entering full blown labor, but she's keep hush about it as much as she can. She feels like she'll probably give birth in the next day, judging by how she feels.
