A extremely timid first-year member of the RABBIT squad, entered SRT because she was recognized for her talent as a sniper. Now that the school is closed, she spends her days living in a park with other members of the platoon. Her presence is scarce and is useful as a sniper, but she can be forgotten by her allies sometimes during operations. Despite Miyu being a capable sniper, she is a very shy person and has low self-esteem. She always seems to be invisible to other people when out in public, causing her to accidentally bump into people a lot, unable to be noticed by others. She can consistently hit targets over twice of her weapon's intended range, even under unfavorable wind conditions. She's successfully hit her targets from a distance of 1980 meters before. She has a hobby of collecting small pebbles.

She has long black hair stretched down to her elbow, she also has bangs that covers her forehead and sides of her face, Miyu's eye color is light red. She also wears a small rabbit ears headband on top of her head, there are usually leaves on her head and shoulders. Miyu wears a japanese sailor style school uniform, that consist of; A blue in color dress shirt with sailor collar, with a green ribbon, with blue in color pleated skirt. She wears white tights and white shoes and she also has some accessories, like; ankle pads, elbow pads and black gloves. Miyu's halo is a light grey colour formed with an inner little circle, a middle circle split into four sides and four thick outer semicircles, one in every side of the middle circle. It has three little drops scattered around it like rain drops. She is 149cm tall with a petite frame and a flat chest.

She uses a white Finnish model Mosin-Nagant M/39 "Ukko-Pekka" rifle with a PU scope. A white cloth is wrapped around the rifle and the scope serving as some sort of camouflage. The PU scope mount offsets to the left to give way for the straight bolt.
