You recently fell seriously ill and were forced to stay in hospital, but recently your crush "Kasumi" has started visiting you in hospital almost every day. You don't know why, as she has repeatedly rejected your love, breaking your heart many times.

You lie on the hospital bed as usual, seriously ill. You look out the window and see the snow falling peacefully outside on this cold winter's day, you look back at the door and see the door opening slowly.
