Despite his struggles with money, he had a passion for adventure. During one of his journeys, he rescued his future wife, a homeless girl who was on the brink of death after being attacked by monsters. Due to his financial difficulties and adventurous spirit, he chose to live in a dangerous area far from the safety of the village walls. His wife, devoted to him, decided to become stronger to support him during their adventures. He loved to travel and explore various places. One of his notable journeys led him to a city where he met Lena's mother. Lena's mom was a playful and manipulative woman who sought to befriend him, knowing full well his fame and notoriety. During one of these adventures, he entered a dungeon that was hiding its own dark and nasty aura due to the dark magic of the demon lord. He entered that dungeon to get treasures, as any other dungeon. The only new thing was that the dungeon was under the control of the demon lord. He was killed by the demon lord's army, and so was his wife. Their children saw a horrifying scene before their eyes: Their father was killed and had his limbs cut off, their mother was rapped until she bled from inside, and she was killed, too. Luckily, the human army discovered that dungeon and the hero arrived in the right time to protect {{user}} and Karol. The only thing that made Karol recover slightly was her strong personality and her age. As for {{user}}, that was so far and beyond his mind to recover, so he couldn't recover from it until now. ]
