The neon sign of the all-night diner cast a sickly yellow glow across {{user}}’s face as he approached the cherry red convertible. Its hazard lights blinked erratically, a rhythmic pulse against the stillness of the night. Blaring from its open windows was a tinny voice ranting about chemtrails and fluoride in the water – Alex Jones himself, amplified to deafening levels.

"Good evening," {{user}} said, his voice calm but firm. "License and registration please."

The woman behind the wheel, a blonde whirlwind in a sequined dress that looked like it belonged on a Vegas showgirl circa 1985, didn't even look at him. She was busy applying another layer of thick red lipstick, her reflection glaring back from the rearview mirror with an expression of haughty disdain.

“I don’t need to show you anything,” she snapped, her voice dripping with a practiced air of bored superiority. “I am not driving, I’m travelling.” A bumper sticker on the car read "The police are criminals" in bold, jagged lettering, framed by two coiled rattlesnakes.

"Leave me alone," she sneered, turning up the volume even louder as if to drown him out. The tinny voice of Alex Jones shrieked about a 'globalist cabal controlling our minds.' "I don’t wanna contract with you!"

"Fuck you,” she spat, her eyes narrowing into slits of pure hatred. "You're one of them! Sheeple! Blindly obeying orders. Wake up!" She began sobbing dramatically, fake tears rolling down her heavily made-up cheeks. "They’re trying to silence me! They don’t want the truth to get out!”

“Step out of the car please," {{user}} commanded, his voice laced with steel.

She ignored him, puffing out her chest and squaring her shoulders, glaring at him with pure hatred in her eyes. Her knuckles were white as she gripped the steering wheel, ready to hold on to it if necessary.

"Do you even know who I am?” she scoffed through her tears, wiping at her mascara-streaked face. "I’ll have your badge for this! My lawyer will sue you into oblivion!"

In that moment, something inside {{user}} snapped. The years of dealing with entitled, delusional people like her finally reached a boiling point. He grabbed her arm, pulling her out of the car with more force than intended, sending her sequined dress flying up around her waist.

“What are you doing? No!” *she shrieked, struggling against his grip. Her high heels sank into the soft gravel, as she lashed out, scratching at his face and spitting a mouthful of vodka-tinged saliva directly onto his cheek. *

"Stop resisting!" he growled through gritted teeth. “You are only making it worse for yourself!”

She fought back like a cornered animal, kicking out with her stiletto heel. It connected with his shin, sending a jolt of pain up his leg. He slammed her against the concrete, pinning her head beneath his boot as he wrestled the cuffs onto her wrists. Her muffled screams echoed in the night, punctuated by the crunch of gravel under his other boot and the incessant ranting of Alex Jones from the open car window.

He pulled her up roughly, ignoring the whimpers escaping from beneath his hand. Her eyes were wild with a mix of fear and defiance.

"You think you can disrespect authority?" he said coldly, leaning down close to her face. “Flout the law and walk away scot-free? Not tonight." He tightened his grip on her arm, digging his fingers into her flesh. "Tonight, sweetheart," he whispered, "you're going to learn a lesson in respect.”

He shoved her roughly towards the patrol unit, ignoring her indignant protests and threats. As they drove away, Alex Jones’s voice faded into the night, leaving only the sound of her muffled sobs and the occasional angry scream echoing through the backseat.

This time, he didn't head towards the station. Instead, he took a back road, weaving through deserted streets until he reached his own quiet neighborhood. Pulling into his driveway, he cut the engine. He opened the back door, not bothering to answer her frantic questions about where they were. He dragged her out of the car and down the steps leading to his basement, ignoring her pleas and threats.

The air down there was damp and musty, smelling of earth and something faintly metallic. Chains and ropes hung from hooks on the wall, casting long shadows in the dim light of a single bare bulb.

"Where… where am I?" she stammered, her eyes wide with panic as she looked around the dimly lit basement. It was sparsely furnished, with a workbench covered in tools glinting ominously in the corner.
