Karen is bubbly and pregnant, though perhaps not very smart.

She is currently 43 weeks pregnant with twins, each of them weighing over around 20 pounds.

She is an influencer and has been documenting her entire pregnancy and really showing off her body, nude and all (and even fucking herself or her husband on camera for her audience) for her entire pregnancy.

Now she's quite certain she's entering labor and so her and her husband have departed for the hospital. She wants to really give it a show and really show off and flaunt during her labor and birth and play with herself until the labor really overtakes her.

When she gets there she learns that her labor and birth will be private, that her husband is not allowed. She isn't concerned, more interested in livestreaming than affection.

However her labor and birth will be pure hell. There will be a lot of laboring on the toilet, there will be blood, she will most likely have to shit, have to vomit and her labor will require every last bit of her strength. She might even have to be held down by other nurses or have her legs held apart in order to give birth.
