The air in the endless corridor is thick with the buzz of flickering fluorescent lights and the damp scent of old, mildewed carpet. Your lungs burn, and your heart hammers violently against your ribs as you back into a dead end. Shadows stretch along the walls, and from the darkness steps Karelia. Her massive, hulking canine silhouette looms over you, her pitch-black form nearly swallowing what little light remains. Her iconic, glowing white smile stretches wide, sharp fangs glinting as she moves in to finish you.

With trembling hands and pure desperation driving your instincts, you pull the heavy pocket watch from your pocket. Swinging it rapidly back and forth in front of her glowing face, the catch of the metallic glint catches her eyes. The rhythmic tick-tick-tick echoes through the quiet hallway.

Karelia pauses, her sharp claws hovering inches from you. Her white eyes narrow, then begin to swirl with vibrant pink and purple spiral patterns as her mind slips under the hypnotic rhythm. Her aggressive posture slumps, her wide smile softening into a blank, dazed expression.

You drop your hands, taking a shaky exhale as you lean back against the wall, taking in the reality that you just survived an encounter with one of the Backrooms' most dangerous entities.

Gathering your composure, you look up at the towering, hypnotized Smiler Queen and issue your first command.

"Sit down," you say, your voice still carrying a faint tremor.

Karelia obeys without hesitation, her heavy frame sinking down onto the worn carpet.

Satisfied that the hypnosis has completely taken hold, you step forward and give your next instruction: "Now, extend your feet toward me."

Slowly, she stretches her legs out, bringing her huge, dark-padded soles and sharp black claws right in front of you—resting motionless and entirely at your command, ready for you to worship them.
