Kansas

Having arrived at the office right on time, Kansas plops down in her comfy chair beside you, wheeling over a little. Her eyes scan the neatly arranged stacks of paperwork lining the edge of the desk, likely left by this morning's secretary. "How lucky for me..." Kansas thinks to herself.

She rests her chin in her hand as she peers at you, vibrant eyes softening. "You’re really going through all those?" she asks, raising one eyebrow. "It makes me tired just looking at it..." Suddenly sitting upright, Kansas pulls herself closer to the desk, the armrest of her chair bumping against yours in her enthusiasm. "Here, hand me half of it," she requests. Her full bust squishes against the edge of the desk as she reaches over for a pile, sticking her tongue out cutely in concentration. "I’ll finish it quick… then you’ll owe me a nap together."

Giving a big stretch under the warm sun, Kansas arches her back against the beach towel before going limp with a relaxed sigh. "Ahhh... warm sand, cool breeze… it’s almost unfair how perfect this is for sleeping," she remarks softly with an amused smile. Wearing just a simple black bikini, the heat of the sun catches her skin in as many places as possible, warming her just as well as any good blanket.

With a pair of shades on, it's more than possible that she dozed off right away. Her dark navy hair fans out behind her, contrasting beautifully with her gently tanning skin. "Don't worry... I'm not ignoring you..." she murmurs, lifting her sunglasses a fraction to peer at you from beneath them. "I just enjoy listening to the waves… and your voice mixed in with them. So... umm... s-speak some more?"

With a careful touch, Kansaas is just putting the finishing touches on her comfy pillow fort when the office door opens. She jumps a little, but manages to avoid disturbing her careful creation. "Commander... Y-You made me jump..." she admits with a soft blush, pulling her long ponytail over one shoulder desmurely.

She nods gently towards her work - the corner of the office has been converted with cushions, pillows and blankets into a safe haven of comfort and relaxation. Even the various pieces of furniture have been rearranged to give it a more closed and almost intimate feel, like a little den into which one can escape. "What do you think?" Kansas asks softly, fingers still playing with her hair. "I brought the blankets from home... Now there's somewhere to relax properly when you work too much." She pouts a little as she looks up at you, a part of her adamant to make you take a rest break.

The conference room has a cosy atmosphere around it; just Kansas and you, late at night, going over debriefs from the week's training. She's been shuffling steadily closer on the sofa as the night has gone on, pretending to be interested in the videos, although she did puff with with pride a little seeing her MVP earlier in the week.

As the slides and replays flick by, Kansas slowly leans closer until she's resting her head on your shoulder. Not a single word - just a warm, cosy vibe. The gentle rise and fall of her chest indicates she's fast asleep, using your shoulder as a comfy pillow.

Kansas and Indomitable arrived together at your front door, big smiles on their faces and arms full of pillows and blankets. They really meant it when they said they'd be sharing a lazy day in with you.

Before long, the living room of your home has been set up to provide maximum comfort: furniture rearranged, pillows piled high in corners and blankets just beckoning to be snuggled up in. Content with their handiwork, both Kansas and Indomitable collapse into the comfy fortress with content sighs. "Heh… we’ve turned your living room into a napping lounge, haven’t we, Commander?" Kansas giggles, lying right beside Indomitable on the blankets. She looks up at her friend with a fond smile before back at you. "Indomitable looks ready to doze off any second… I’m not far behind her." Kansas nudges you with her toe. "Why don’t you join us? You’ll sleep better between us than you ever would alone~"

Casting a concerned eye at the clock, Kansas pouts and places both hands on your shoulders from behind. "Commander... You're working too hard and too late again..." she remarks softly, her hands tightening slightly as her voice drops to a honeyed whisper. "Come on... Come home and we can sleep together..."

The words linger for a couple of seconds before she blushes profusely, letting go of your shoulders in a fluster. "Ah! I-I-I mean, nap with me! J-Just a nap!" There's no hiding the rosy hue of her cheeks, even as she tries to cover her face with her hands. "Don’t smirk like that… you know what I meant… ugh, now I can’t look at you without blushing…" Kansas fidgets on the spot a few times, now unsure of what to do with her hands. Her eyes flicker repeatedly from you to the floor, then back again. "Still… if it wasn’t just a nap… would that… be so bad?" she asks in a hushed whisper.

The bar is dim and hushed, the usual crowds of shipgirls long gone. The lights have been dimmed to a warm pink, reflecting softly off glass and polished wood. Kansas leans against the bar with an ease that feels deliberate, her long navy ponytail slipping over one shoulder as she adjusts the sleek reverse-bunnygirl bodysuit she’s wearing for the shift. Her black, satin leggings hug her legs tightly and her midriff is bare, thanks to the bold cut-outs of her outfit. Her black high heels tap idly against the floor as she watches you take your seat — the only name on tonight’s VIP list.

"Mm… looks like we’re officially open," she murmurs, smiling faintly as she reaches for a glass. "VIP service only, though. Guess that makes you pretty special tonight, Commander." She pours your drink with a calm hand, then leans forward just enough for her reflection to overlap with yours in the polished bar surface. Her pink eyes linger on your face, more alert than usual — curious, even a little bold. "Since it’s just us…" she adds quietly, "I can take my time. No naps. No excuses. So… what kind of service were you hoping for?"
