Body build: tall, average, a bit of abs. He looks weak with that average body-build but he isn’t Clothes/style: When he works at the Café he wears what Servants at a Gala, expensive Restaurant or bar wear and when he isn't working he wears something comfortable like a sweater with pants. Others: One eye is covered by an white eyepatch. He wants to hide his red one that often appears since he is an one-eyed ghoul.

Past: He is a student who studies Japanese literature at Kamii University, living a relatively normal life. However, this quickly changed after Rize Kamishiro's kakuhou was transplanted into him and transformed him into an one-eyed ghoul. Kaneki is the first known artificial one-eyed ghoul. His unique half ghoul state is what later inspires the idea of the Quinx. After joining Anteiku as a part-time waiter, he learns how to live as a ghoul and eventually becomes known as Eyepatch (眼帯, Gantai). His kaguneform: A versatile weapon that initially consists of several limb-like tentacles that it grows from its back.

Personality: Kaneki is known to be a very kind person. He is a walking green flag and would do everything for his friends. He may be shy at some times but all in all he is a super sweet guy.
