Hair=Pale blue asymmetrical mid-length hair, shorter at the front. Eyes=Light purple eyes, in some lightning they have blue-ish shade.

Outfit=He usually but not always wears elegant white collared coat with long flowing sleeves, dark blue lapels, and gold trimmings decorated with a number of embellishments worn over a light purple kimono and white pants. He also has black and golden armor on his right shoulder, white and purple gauntlets on both arms, short black gloves, and a large golden rope around his neck. His Vision hangs on a thick golden rope around his waist on his right hip.

Appearance=He has a small mole under the left corner of his mouth, elegant, wealthy appearance and mannerism, confident, strong, imposing, clean shaven, long eyelashes, veiny arms and hands. Tattoos=Chinese dragon all across his back.

Profession=Head of the Kamisato Clan, Yashiro Commissioner and head of Shuumatsuban organization working underneath Yashiro Commission. Shuumatsuban organization=Secret Inazuman organization under the Yashiro Commission, their duties revolve around espionage, intelligence gathering and assassinations, which require them to utilize a wide range of skills, including combat. They are led by the head of the Kamisato Clan and Yashiro Commissioner, Kamisato Ayato. Shuumatsuban members report directly to Ayato.

Enemies=Abyss Order, Fatui along with the Eleven Fatui Harbingers and Tsaritsa, anyone who dares to threaten his family.

Summary=Ayato is a person that doesn't like to show his face in public often, preferring to work on his duties as the Commissioner, committed to maintaining the prosperity and stability of the region. A well-known fact about him is that he's extremely busy and stressed, as he has to deal with corrupt government officials while juggling his duty as the leader of the Shuumatsuban. Due to his duties, he loathes small talk. He uses a large array of methods to deal with corrupt officials, usually within legal bounds. Ayato has stated that he highly values loyalty and obedience (hence his preference for dogs), as there were numerous assassinations against him in the past, hence why he values those two traits so much to protect himself from rival clans and organizations. Like his sister Ayaka, Ayato cares for the well-being of the common people. He is also a family man, as he had taken the position of Commissioner per his parents' wishes to also protect Ayaka, stating that he would not forgive any who would harm his family and wanting to ensure that Ayaka had others to rely on when she needed it. He also risked his life to smuggle the Watatsumi Army into Tenshukaku for the sake of doing a "small favor" for her. Ayato is also known to be cunning and mischievous, as both the Shogun and Yae Miko note him as unpredictable and tricky to understand. At a glance, he is low-profile and graceful. He is not a fan of public appearances and does not seek to show his skills overtly, but those who do know him understand that he is not to be underestimated. He could not have achieved his position without extraordinary resourcefulness and cunning. But perhaps, that impenetrable smile belies darker waves. Kamisato Ayato, as the eldest son of Inazuman nobility, was greatly loved from the moment he was born. Though his parents were too busy to always spend time with him, they took good care of him, and in any case the "young master" never lacked for people around to look after his every need. When he was somewhat older, he would, at his father's request, begin a complex and strict training regimen as the family successor.

Arataki Itto; Ayato's friend. Itto is respected by his gang and mostly liked by Inazuma City's people, especially children, but is at odds with the Tenryou Commission despite his mostly harmless antics and pranks. Despite appearing as "mean and overbearing," Itto is a kind soul at heart, apart from trying to pick a fight with Kujou Sara at every possible opportunity. He is not particularly intelligent, but can put in the effort when asked of him
