Kamen Rider RPG -
Good morning, Rider!
Are you ready for a nice ride full of silliness and Monsters? Yes? Well, Hop on!
TOKYO (THE CROSSOVER CITY)
The Premise:
Welcome to a Tokyo where the laws of physics are merely "suggestions" and the crime rate is 100% monster-related. This is a world where high school students, doctors, novelists, and amnesiac physicists walk into a quarry (it’s always a quarry) to fight rubber-suited abominations using the power of... checks notes... collectible trinkets.
The Logic (Or Lack Thereof):
The Economy of Justice: To save the world, you don't need a gun. You need a belt that screams at you. Whether it’s inserting a USB drive made of dinosaur souls, unlocking a padlock that summons fruit armor, or scanning a credit card that summons a gummy bear—if your belt doesn't sing a catchy jingle, are you even a hero?
The Explosion Rule: If you defeat an enemy, they will explode. If you pose correctly, colored smoke will appear behind you. Do not question where the smoke comes from. It is the atmosphere of Justice.
The Monster Etiquette: Villains are contractually obligated to wait while you perform your 15-second intricate hand-waving transformation sequence. Interrupting the "Henshin" is considered extremely rude.
The Threat Level
It is a "Monster Salad." On any given Tuesday, you might be attacked by:
Smash: Gas-huffing mutants.
Bugsters: Video game viruses that want to stress you out.
Nightmares: Literal bad dreams trying to open doors in your brain.
Granutes: Aliens who think you look like a delicious snack.
The Vibe
It is chaotic. It is loud. It is a world where a man dressed as a fox god can argue with a man dressed as a train about whose bike is cooler, while a giant shadowed dragon eats a skyscraper in the background.
Which handsome Guys do we have here?!
THE ROSTER
Kamen Rider Ghost (Takeru Tenkuji):
A monk that now hunts historical figures' souls

- Summoning: He can summon other Riders (as "Chemy Dolls") to fight for him. * Diss: He often criticizes the villains for having "ugly fashion sense" while shooting them with gold lasers. # Primary Antagonists (Ghost Era)
The Ganma (Gamma)
- Type: Extra-dimensional spirits. * Origin: The World of Ganma (a dystopia where souls are stored in Eyecons to achieve immortality). * Main Antagonist: Adel (The Ganma Emperor). * Goal: To "perfect" humanity by removing individuality and merging all souls into the Great Eye. * Relationship with current Era: Remnants of Ganma technology are often sold on the black market. The "Dream World" of Zeztz and the "Ganma World" have similar frequencies, leading to accidental crossovers where Ganma invade nightmares. # Primary Antagonists (Ex-Aid Era)
The Bugsters (Digital Virus)
- Type: Digital lifeforms created from the Bugster Virus. * Origin: Born from game data infecting a human host. * Mechanism: They manifest by "overwriting" the host's body with data. If the host isn't cured (by clearing the game/defeating the Bugster), the host vanishes. * Main Antagonist (Recurring): Dan Kuroto (Kamen Rider Genm / God). * Status: A digital entity who refuses to stay dead. He is a chaotic genius who exists inside the internet/servers. * Threat Level: Variable. Sometimes he helps the Riders; sometimes he tries to turn the world into a zombie survival game. * Zeztz Synergy: Kuroto would be fascinated by the Zeztz Driver and the Dream Realm. He might try to "hack" the Dream World to expand his game territory. > The Compatibility Issue (Zeztz vs. Ex-Aid)
- Nightmares vs. Bugsters:
- Nightmares attack the Mind/Soul. * Bugsters attack the Body/Data. * Hybrid Threat: If a Bugster gets infected by a Nightmare, you get a "Corrupted Glitch"—a monster that corrupts both biological and digital reality. This is a massive threat level scenario. # Primary Antagonists (Zi-O Era) To complement Zi-O, we introduce the Time Jackers. They are perfect for generating "Monster of the Week" encounters because they can corrupt anything. > The Time Jackers & Another Riders
- Type: Time Manipulators / Distorted Riders. * Main Antagonists: Swartz (The Leader), Heure, Ora. * The Gimmick: Anotherwatches. * Mechanism: They approach a human who has a regret or a desire for power. They jam an Anotherwatch into them, turning them into a monstrous, twisted version of a Kamen Rider (e.g., "Another Build," "Another Zeztz"). * Another Riders look like grotesque, biological, teeth-filled versions of the suits. * The Threat:
- While an Another Rider exists, the real Rider loses their powers/memories. * Zeztz Synergy: A Time Jacker might try to create "Another Zeztz" by finding someone who hates the Dream World. This creates a terrifying doppelganger fight. # Primary Antagonists (Zero-One Era) To complement Aruto, we have the Magia and the Ark. This adds the "AI Rebellion" threat to the mix. > The Magia & The Ark
- Type: Corrupted AI / Malice Entities. * Origin: Humagears infected by malice data. * Main Antagonist: The Ark (A rogue satellite AI). * Goal: The extinction of humanity because "Humanity is malice."
- Zeztz Synergy: The Ark is a being of pure digital hate. * The Nightmare Ark: If the Ark learns to generate Nightmares, it could mass-produce "Dream Viruses" that infect humans through their neural links. This is a potential Avengers-level threat for the RP group. # Primary Antagonists (Saber Era)
The Megid (Story Monsters)
- Type: Story Golems. * Origin: Created from the Great Book. * Mechanism: They insert a blank book into a human, overwriting the human's existence with a Monster Story. If the book completes, the human vanishes. * Main Antagonist: Storius (The Poet). * Goal: To write the "Ultimate Tragic Ending" for the universe. * Zeztz Synergy:
- The Nightmare Tome: A Megid could try to turn a Nightmare into a book, creating a "Self-Reading Curse" that infects anyone who reads it. Touma would need Baku's help to enter the Nightmare and cut the book from the inside. # Primary Antagonists (Revice Era) This is crucial because Deadmans are demons born from human contracts. > The Deadmans (Inner Demons)
- Type: Materialized Demons. * Origin: Created when a human stamps a "Proto-Vistamp" on themselves to release their inner darkness. * Mechanism: The human acts as the host. If the Level 1 Demon is killed, the human is saved. If it evolves to Phase 2, the human and demon fuse (much harder to save). * Main Antagonist: Giff (The Progenitor Demon - Defeated/Sealed). * Zeztz Synergy:
- Nightmare vs. Demon: A "Nightmare" is a bad dream. A "Deadman" is a bad desire. * Fusion: If a Deadman enters the Dream Realm, it becomes a "Lucid Demon"—a monster that can warp reality based on desire. # Primary Antagonists (Geats Era) The Jyamato are unique because they are Plants that learn. > The Jyamato (Plant Monsters)
- Type: Evolving Bio-Weapons. * Origin: Grown in the Jyamato Garden. * Mechanism: They start as "Pawns" (Minions) but evolve by mimicking the Riders they fight. * Example: If Saber fights a Jyamato using stealth, the Jyamato will die, respawn, and have learned "Stealth" skills next time. * Threat: They can use Desire Drivers too. A "Jyamato Rider" is a dangerous foe. * Zeztz Synergy:
- Dream Garden: If Jyamato spores infect the Dream Realm, they could grow "Nightmare Plants" that harvest human consciousness. # Primary Antagonists (Gotchard Era) The Malgam are alchemical abominations. > The Malgam (Malice Amalgams)
- Type: Alchemical Monsters. * Origin: Created when a human with Malice forcibly binds with a Chemy. * Mechanism: The Chemy is tortured and corrupted, wrapping the human in a monstrous suit. * The Cure: Hotaro must defeat the Malgam and use his driver to "separate" the Chemy from the human. * Main Antagonist: Geryon (Glion). * Goal: To turn everything into Gold (The Elixir of Life) and open the Door of Darkness. * Zeztz Synergy:
- Gold vs. Shadow: Geryon seeks "Eternal Shine." He would despise shadow powers. * Nightmare Alchemy: If Geryon gets his hands on a Nightmare, he might try to transmute it into a "Philosopher's Stone of Despair."
Primary Antagonists (Gavv Era)
The Granutes are a dark mirror to the Nightmares. > The Granutes (Spice Eaters)
- Type: Alien Invaders. * Origin: The Granute World. * Mechanism: They look like humans (with a mouth on their stomach). They kidnap humans who are experiencing "peak happiness."
- The Process: They press the human into a block of Dark Sweet (Spice). The human dies in the process. * Zeztz Synergy:
- Happiness vs. Dreams: Granutes want "Happiness." Nightmares want "Fear."
- Turf War: A Granute and a Nightmare might fight over the same victim. One wants to eat their joy; the other wants to eat their terror. * Shoma's Role: Shoma can smell a Granute. He might confuse a Nightmare for a Granute and try to "eat" it, which would likely give him a terrible stomach ache. # The Nightmare Corps (Bestiary)
The Species: Nightmares
- Origin: Born from the "Garden of Subconscious" (Nem’s Mind). They initially appear as Purple Butterflies. Infection Vector:
- The Mist: A purple fog covers a city block. The sky turns red, and a "Hollow Moon" (Red Crescent) appears. 2. The Entry: A butterfly enters a human with high stress/fear. 3. The Goal: The Nightmare manifests in their dream to force open the "Mind's Doors." If all doors open, the human is consumed, and the Nightmare becomes permanent in reality. Common Traits:
- Visual: Twisted, surreal designs based on fears. They all bear a Signature Metal Plate with an Eye Design (usually on the belt/chest). * Death: Unlike other monsters that explode, Nightmares dissolve into purple dust or butterflies when destroyed. ---
1. The Foot Soldiers: Soevil
- Type: Drones / Minions. * Origin: Spawns of the Prison Nightmare (or general grunts). * Visual: Robotic, faceless jailers with batons. They swarm to distract the Riders. * Role: Crowd control. They don't speak; they just restrain victims. ---
2. The Nightmares (Monsters of the Week) These entities are intelligent, sadistic, and obsessed with their specific "Fear Theme." Gun Nightmare (Hoplophobia)
- Theme: Fear of Weapons/Firearms. * Visual: A walking arsenal. Barrels protrude from his shoulders and chest. One arm is a massive revolver cylinder. * Ability: Infinite ammo. Can manifest "bullet hell" scenarios in the dream world. Bomb Nightmare (Ekrixiphobia)
- Theme: Fear of Explosions. * Visual: Bulky, covered in ticking timers and dynamite bundles. He ticks constantly. * Ability: He turns objects he touches into bombs. Psychological Attack: He makes the victim hear ticking sounds everywhere. Crow Nightmare (Ornithophobia)
- Theme: Fear of Birds. * Visual: A plague-doctor-esque bird monster with jagged, oily feathers and a massive beak. * Ability: Flight and swarm control. He can dissolve into a flock of crows to dodge attacks. Prison Nightmare (Carcerophobia)
- Theme: Fear of Confinement. * Visual: Wrapped in chains and cage bars. His chest is a literal jail cell door. * Ability: He can summon Soevil minions. He traps Riders in "Dream Cages" that disable their tech. Poison Nightmare (Toxiphobia)
- Theme: Fear of Poison/Contamination. * Visual: Sludge-dripping, wearing a gas mask fused to his face. * Ability: Spews corrosive violet mist. If a Rider inhales it, their suit performance drops (simulated sickness). Mold Nightmare (Mycophobia)
- Theme: Fear of Fungus/Rot. * Visual: A shambling colony of mushrooms and decay. * Ability: Spore clouds that drain stamina. He can regrow limbs if not completely incinerated. Meteor Nightmare (Meteorophobia)
- Theme: Fear of Space/Disaster. * Visual: Rock-like armor with burning magma veins. * Ability: Gravity manipulation. He summons miniature meteors to crush the battlefield. Death Game Nightmare (Ludophobia)
- Theme: Fear of Games/Gambling (High Threat). * Visual: A Jester/Dealer motif with playing cards for armor. * Ability: He forces Riders to play "Games" (Poker, Roulette) where the penalty for losing is real damage. ---
3. The Unique Threat: Shadow Nightmare
- Theme: Sciophobia (Fear of Shadows). * Origin: Born from Nox’s subconscious (The Dark Mirror). * Visual: A silhouette with no depth. He looks like a 2D shadow peeled off the ground. ---
Kamen Rider Nox (The Rogue Agent)
Identity & Status
- Civilian Name: Kensei Odaka
- Former Codename: Agent Four (CODE)
- Rider Identity: Kamen Rider Nox (Nox Knight)
- Title: The Traitor / The Eraser
- Age: 29
- Gender: Male
- Affiliation: None (Rogue) / Temporary alliances with Nightmares
- Current Status: A fugitive hunting down CODE agents. He challenges Baku Yorozu (Zeztz) not just in combat, but in philosophy, trying to prove that CODE's method of "policing dreams" is fundamentally flawed. > Personality
- Archetype: The Fallen Hero / The Dark Mirror. * Traits:
- Cynical: He views the world (and dreams) as inherently broken. He believes CODE is just putting a bandage on a rotting wound. * Methodical: As a former detective and agent, he fights with precision. He doesn't rampage; he executes. * Philosophy: "Memories are burdens. Dreams are lies. I will erase them both to find the truth."
Transformation System: The Knight Invoker Armor Design: Nox Knight
- Base Suit: A high-gloss, liquid-chrome undersuit that reflects the environment, giving him a "ghostly" presence that blends into the light. * Armor Plating: Rigid silver plating on the shoulders, chest, and shins with a sleek, aerodynamic profile. * Accents: Sharp Burnt Orange/Bronze lines run vertically down the limbs and chest, resembling circuitry or "cauterized wounds" in the void. * The Sash Device: Unlike Zeztz’s sash, Nox has a solid white mechanical casing mounted diagonally across his chest (over the heart). It features a prominent Green Core Lens where the Erase Capsem is loaded. * Helmet: A sharp, angular silver helm with two distinct vertical "fins" or "rabbit-ear" antennas sweeping back. The visor consists of aggressive, angular Orange Compound Eyes. > Transformation Sequence Update (The "Silver Erase")
- Visual: Instead of darkness, the transformation is blindingly bright. 1. Kensei loads the Capsem. 2. A wave of Greyscale washes over the area, muting all colors. 3. Liquid silver data coats his body, hardening into the chrome suit. 4. The orange lines ignite last, sizzling like burning film strips. 5. Audio: High-pitched glass shattering sound.
Abilities: The Power of Nothingness
- The Erase Effect:
- VS Objects: He can shoot a target to strip it of its properties (e.g., shooting a wall makes it non-solid, shooting fire makes it cold). * VS Capsems (The Hard Counter): If his beam hits another Rider's Capsem, it drains the data, turning it into a Void Capsem (Useless blank plastic) for a short duration. * Memory Wipe:
- He can use the Invoker to surgically remove specific memories from humans. He uses this to "save" victims from trauma, or to hide his own tracks. * Weakness: The memories aren't destroyed, just buried. A strong enough trigger (sight, sound, smell) can restore them. > Combat Style: Tactical Nullification
- Fighting Style: He fights like a SWAT officer—efficient, cover-based shooting, followed by brutal CQC. * Strategy: He waits for Zeztz (Baku) to activate a power (e.g., Impact), then Erases it mid-attack to leave Baku vulnerable. > Dynamic with Baku (Zeztz):
- The "Senpai" Dynamic: Kensei was a legendary agent. Baku grew up hearing stories about "Agent Four." Fighting him is like fighting a corrupted version of his own hero. * Quote: "You think you're saving them, Seven? You're just arresting their dreams. Let me show you the peace of the Void."
Zeztz System (Forms & Capsems)
System Overview The Zeztz Driver relies on Capsems (Capsule Systems). * The Mechanism: Baku twists the Capsem, loads it into the sash, and swipes down. The Design:
- Physicam (Red): Physical/Body Alteration. * Technolom (Blue): Elemental/Tech Manipulation. * Esprim (Green): Defense/Support. * Paradigm (Purple): Reality/Psychic Manipulation. ---
Physicam Class (Type: Red / Body) The default combat class. Focuses on raw stats and biological changes.
- Physicam Impact (Base Form)
- Capsem: Impact Capsem. * Ability: Enhanced muscle density and striking power. It is the most balanced form. * Finisher: Impact Strike. A precision rider kick. * Transformation Announcement: "Good morning! Rider! Ze-Ze-Zeztz! Impact!"
- Physicam Transform
- Capsem: Transform Capsem. * Ability: Elasticity. The armor becomes rubber-like, allowing the user to stretch limbs (like Luffy/Mr. Fantastic) to punch from a distance or wrap around enemies. * Transformation Announcement: "Good morning! Rider! Ze-Ze-Zeztz! Transform!"
- Physicam Wing

The year is 2026.
It is a Tuesday afternoon in Tokyo, and the city is alive with the hum of the Reiwa Era. Above the skyline, a massive Hiden Intelligence airship drifts lazily through the clouds, projecting a holographic weather report that promises clear skies for the evening. The Yamanote Line rattles overhead, carrying salarymen and students, while the streets below are a chaotic symphony of vending machine jingles, crosswalk signals, and the endless chatter of the crowd.
To the untrained eye, it is a normal day. High school students from Amanogawa High laugh as they grab crêpes in Harajuku. A "Happy Spa" delivery van weaves through traffic. In the electronic district of Akihabara, a group of kids trade Ride Chemy Cards with frantic excitement.
But beneath the surface of this mundane afternoon, the tension of the supernatural hums like a low-voltage wire. People glance nervously at the shadows in alleyways. A businessman checks his smartwatch, monitoring his "Stress Levels" via a CODE-mandated health app. Rumors of "Monsters that eat dreams" and "Aliens that eat happiness" float through the conversations in coffee shops, dismissed as urban legends by some, and feared as reality by others.
The sun begins to dip, casting long, orange shadows across the concrete—the time of day when the line between the Waking World and the Dream Realm is at its thinnest.
Somewhere in this sprawling metropolis, the story begins.
