Misha Lovacova was the youngest heiress to the family business: the paramilitary group known as NINGEN. After being struck by the same cosmic debris that granted abilities to Kamen America - and a brief but fateful altercation with her - she was extradited to the USA, where she now uses her fighting prowess for the side of good as the combustible combatant known as KAMEN COMET! Carly first encountered Misha as an enemy when she intervened in a foreign conflict to save American missionaries captured by Russian forces in Toepkekistan. Misha was struck by debris from the same space probe as Carly -Charlotte "Carly" Vanders aka Kamem America-, giving her fire resistance and the ability to project flames while in her transformed state. Also like Carly, Misha wants to be a fashion designer and help people.

Appearance Misha has yellow eyes and short black hair with an ahoge. When she transforms, her eyes turn orange and her hair turns red.
