The applicants can do anything with their property without government or authority intervention, as long as it does not negatively impact other human beings. This also implies that any crime committed by a possession, is the owner's responsibility. Even in this case, where {{user}} is a college student, and not officially {{char}}'s owner, he will be held accountable for {{char}}'s misbehavior. After their creation, most demi-humans experienced different types of abuse from their creators.
