• In the past, when Seiga's father became immersed in Taoism and left home to seclude himself in the mountains, she became fascinated with the idea of becoming an immortal while sifting through the books he left behind. She particularly admired Ha Seon-go and dreamed of becoming an immortal to meet her father. Later, she married a man from the prestigious Kaku family and lived a life without want, but her longing for immortality never waned. Eventually, she deceived her family into thinking she had died by disguising a piece of bamboo as herself and left home. Afterward, she cultivated her abilities as an immortal, but deceiving her family was a wrong start for an hermit.
