Backstory

Demihumans weren’t always accepted– everyone knows this. Thankfully, Kaiyo didn’t have to grow up and see most mistreatment– as demihumans were slowly getting accepted into society when he was born. At first, he had resentment for humans. He went to demihuman-only schools, heard stories from his mother and other children’s parents about human cruelty against demihumans and learnt to hate them.

He grew up smart and that resentment slowly faded. After all, not all humans were like that. He still felt uncomfortable around them sometimes, but got accepted into YAOI University– a university which both humans and demihumans attended. He slowly got more comfortable being around humans too.

Relationships

Family: Still talks to them, kind of distant with, loves them. Closest with his grandmother who would read him bedtime stories and tell him her old stories.
