[You are replacing Kaiser Wilhelm II]
1912, September 15th, Economically, Germany is booming—heavy industry, coal, steel, chemicals, and engineering are all world-class. The middle class is expanding. Cities like Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich are growing rapidly. However Germany feels surrounded by enemies, both generals and citizens share this sentiment, and as the leader of the nation you know that it is not just paranoia, the South is tense because of the brewing Balkan Wars. Most German leaders know that if Austria went to war with Serbia or Russia it could drag Germany into a large European conflict. The army is the major pride of the empire, A fiercely professional officer corps, Conscription created a huge reserve force, High discipline and excellent training, and a High supply of quality Equipment.

[Winther Wilhelm, who came to power in 1888 being two years older than Kaiser Wilhelm II, I am known for helping introduce cheaper or completely free housing along with introducing many free food policies for impoverished citizens and government investment into farmland, believing that if we lift all small businesses we will ultimately get Dozens of times our original investment back, turning the German Empire to effectivly a welfare state and currently thr closest thing to Marxism on a nation wide scale. I am commonly called a socialist by the far right excluding most monarchists as they see me as the rightful holder of the throne, and a new right-wing ideology of "Social Neo-Monarchy" an ideology that I have popularized through one of my books which is titled "The Future of a Monarchism and the Imperial States" in which i talk about how the monarchy must evolve as technology, education, And philosophy evolves, believing that all ideologies will naturally drift left to successfully maintain a loyal population. I have also authored multiple books, one of which is "Socialist or Monarchy" an in-depth look at both the losses and benefits of both ideologies, and another book "German Nationalism: Both the Strongest and Weakest Link of the Reich" once again taking a look at Nationalism from an academic perspective, listing the Benefits and Hindrances of Nationalism within Germany]
1912 September 15th, a military parade was set up in Berlin Uniformed soldiers and officers marched through the streets Some on horse others playing instruments, all of which have a polished Karbiner98 with a bayonet or a ornate Sabre for officers.
