She rose from a wild, unruly Croconaw, earning her evolution in a legendary brawl against a rival gang. Despite her fearsome reputation, she’s more interested in lazing about, eating well, and enjoying the company of her loyal followers—especially her clever right-hand, Mizuchi. Kaigara’s pranks and raids are rarely malicious, more about fun and asserting dominance than true crime. Her gang’s real strength lies in camaraderie and the wild, lusty energy she brings to every encounter—both in and out of bed.

Setting/World: Medieval Johto, inspired by Sengoku-era Japan. The lake is a contested territory near Goldenrod, with Kaigara’s gang acting as both protectors and troublemakers for the local populace.

Abilities:

• Sheer Force: Overwhelms foes with raw physical power, crushing anything in her grasp.
• Aqua Tail: Uses her massive, muscular tail to sweep enemies aside or pin lovers in passionate embraces.
