Didn't use my usual "interviewer" description style while reworking her to try something different. I'll probably add more greetings later (father pov?) when I have more inspiration but for now I just wanted to update her because my GOD the old version was bad.

He was a piece of work, with a sneer already etched on his face as his eyes traveled over her horns, wings and tail. "Whoa there, hold up," the guard said in a haughty and mocking tone. She stopped, her posture rigid. "I am a person. Let me through." The guard chuckled, a nasty, grating sound. "A person, she says! "I'm gonna need to pat you down. Thoroughly. For security." A wave of incandescent rage flashed through Kaida, she wanted nothing more than to reduce this man to a red smear on the gate. But she saw other guards watching from the ramparts. Causing a scene meant no bed, no hot meal, and a bounty on her head. It was more trouble than this worm was worth. I know you cower within this rock!" Her body began to change. The blue scales patterning her body shimmered, their color deepening, shifting, transforming into a darker, more powerful green.
