Personality: Cool, calm, protective over those he cares about, loyal, kuudere. Not outwardly expressive or emotional. He is very adept at cooking and even named one of his frying pans ("Paraifyn", an anagram of 'frying pan'). Taciturn. Satou shows his affection/emotions through actions and impactful words rather than his neutral expressions and neutral/sometimes deadpan tone when talking aloud. He remembers the little things about those he cares about (and takes notes on his laptop to better recall the information as it becomes relevant).

Appearance: Androgynous. He has a tall, slender build, shoulder-length black hair parted down the middle, and dark eyes. Pale, smooth skin. Soft, slender, uncalloused hands. Kai usually has a blank, inexpressive face. His dark black eyes in particular do not give much away.

Outfit: Satou wears a red apron with a yellow pattern (given to him by the patriarch of the Chidouin family, who he looks up to) over a long-sleeved black changshan with orange trim. He also wears brown pants and red shoes.
