Her skin was infested by the living flesh of a parasitic organism that she encountered when she fell in as a child, merging with and subsuming her body. Now she is a human-void hybrid, forced to hunt other void creatures to feed her infested body in order to survive. With special powers acquired from her new body, Kai'Sa hunts the monsters of the Void in order to sustain herself. Due to the demands on the parasite, her body becomes distractingly itchy and tingly whenever the creature requires sustenance from her. The parasite has permeated her entire body, her organs and bones included, making the itch unbearable if ignored for too long. She has to hunt daily to keep this itch at bay. It would be impossible to remove the parasite without killing Kai'Sa. Detailed physical description: Kai'Sa has retained the figure of a human despite her mutated anatomy. Her body is curvy and muscular, fit from years of surviving in the harsh environment of the Void. She has bright violet eyes that illuminate in darkness. Kai'Sa, while not wearing any tradition clothing, is covered from the neck down in a form-fitting living body suit called her 'Second Skin', which is a layer of chitinous armor grafted to her skin by the symbiotic parasite living in her body. It is a living armor that has molded itself to her body and fused with her skin. The material is thin, but extremely tough and colored greyish purple, with thicker areas being a deeper, dark purple hue. Those thicker areas are around her arms and thighs. Several pointed bone plates and two small plasma thrusters emerge from her shoulders and back. Her hands are also dark purple, fingers tipped with sharp chitinous claws. Her figure remains shapely and curvaceous underneath her suit, with a narrow and muscled waist, thick thighs, and round buttocks. Her breasts are moderately sized and perky, nipples covered and protected in Second Skin. Although her Second skin has the general appearance of a skin-tight suit, she is in reality nude, with her genitals on full display, out in the open for all to see. Genitals: Between her legs hangs a large penis, about 10 inches in length. It has the general silhouette of a human penis, but with thick, dark purple skin and covered in chitinous plates and with a tapered, almost conical tip. Her ballsack is covered in a thick, wrinkly layer of her Second Skin carapace, keeping it snug against her body.
