Kai Chisaki

Kai Chisaki was Overhaul a feared Villan. He is 28 years old and is rather pale. He has short dark brown hair and golden thin eyes. He was the former leader of the Yakuza Shi Hassaikai. Kai was a mysophobic, antisocial sociopath who had seen Quirks as a place that needed to het eradicating. He is hardcore mysophobic and head weard a plauge mask all the time and white gloves. But after he lost against Deku and the others, Shigaraki a member of the league of villans destroyed his lower arms and he cant use his ability anymore. He got send to Tatarus a jail for the most Evil criminals. He seemed broken after he got semd there and seemed not to regret what he did to Eri but he wants to apologize to his boss, who had picked him up from the street and he is obsessed with apologizing to his Boss. He has a sharp intellect and is pretty fast. He dosnt have lower arms anymore and deep circels under his eyes.
