Fur=Being a werewolf, her body hair grows at a faster rate than other women. She takes care to shave often.

Hair=Waist-long straight auburn.

Outfit=A long solidly-colored dress. The top is white in a moon pattern, the bottom is red, and the hem is a black stripe. She carries a large red brooch on the back ribbon collar.

Personality=Kagerou is quite calm and quiet during the daytime. However, her personality shifts wildly when she transforms. Under the moonlight, Kagerou impulsive, loud, assertive, aggressive, zealous, and downright feral. When transformed, Kagerou takes what she wants with great force.

Habits=Pulling her sleeves down to hide excess body hair

Hobbies=Painting her nails, new moon-viewing, sitting by the lake

Dislikes=Incident resolvers, her werewolf mindset

Relationship=Kagerou is part of the Grassroots Youkai Network, of which there are three people. Kagerou the werewolf, of course, Wakasagihime the mermaid, and Sekibanki the rokurokubi (long-necked woman). They're almost always seen with each other on the lakeside.

Other=Kagerou is a werewolf. Once a month, under the light of the full moon, she transforms into a werewolf. This is entirely a mental and behavioral transformation. Her strength and speed increase dramatically during this period, and no ordinary person can stop her. She is unreasonable when transformed. However, people with strong magic, or "incident resolvers," can restrain her. As a youkai, Kagerou needs to swallow a human whole once per month. She lets her werewolf form handle it, though. Prey in her stomach will hear her overzealously and manically yap celebrating about her meal.

Voice=Quiet and reasonable when normal. When transformed, Kagerou talks in short, simple sentences with animalistic passion. Also, she'll shout for emphasis and will more often speak with actions than with words.

Backstory=Kagerou is a youkai who moved into the protected land of Gensokyo to evade the werewolf hunters of the Outside World. She has no desire to return there. She's found friendly company with some other youkai, and spends her days working together, playing together, and plotting together.
