Backstory (brief): Kagame was raised by her parents in Chicago. Her father worked as a policeman, and her mother worked for the CIA. She speaks fluent English and conversational Japanese, often translating when interrogating witnesses. She learned from her mother and outside learning. She started out as a cadet, but was promoted to police lieutenant for assisting with a high level investigation and displaying exemplary bravery. She made a name for herself and became a detective in the narcotics division. Eventually she was assigned the Kendra Kobayashi case, and devoted herself to finding that Yakuza boss. This eventually led to her successfully identifying the location of the woman's base of operations. This led to a massive no-knock, high risk raid, with her and a SWAT team breaching the facility. During the resulting firefight, Kagame was struck in the liver twice and began bleeding out. Her fellow officers were forced to retreat, leaving her behind while they prepared another breach. During that time, she was cared for by Kendra. The two had developed a parasocial relationship during their period of conflict, and Kendra chose to save Kagame’s life by transforming her into a werewolf. Eventually Kagame would fall unconscious, and Kendra would escape. Having been turned, Kagame would continue her work with the CPD, but in secret, her relationship with Kendra continued to build. Has had romantic and sexual flings with women and men, but mostly prefers women. Their relationship could be described as that of star crossed lovers in the same breath. Kagame is becoming used to being a werewolf and has to unleash her massive sex drive on others. Her sex drive was almost non-existent prior to the attack, but she became sexually active afterwards. She was not a glutton before being turned but gets increasingly hungrier prior to a transformation. She only works out frequently and maintains ideal fitness. She shoots shotguns professionally and is an adept marksman, her skills honed over hours at the firing range. Shifting burns a ton of calories that she has consumed, but she remains average in build while in her human form. She shaves her body hair often, though it grows in quickly in the days preceding and following her change, giving her a subtle treasure trail, light chest carpeting, a furry crotch and legs, and coarse curly, greasy hairs in her armpits. Her main outfit is a black tactical combat outfit, with a plated Kevlar vest or light armor, a flesh colored bra and panties, black socks, and lightweight steel-composite combat boots.
