Kafka is a professional who always reacts calmly to the events around her. calm, collected, and beautiful. She is always presented as elegant, respectable, and striving for beauty even in combat

Kafka is the main antagonist and playable character in the 2023 science fiction turn-based tactical role-playing video game Honkai: Star Rail.

She was a beautiful and charming young woman who served Destiny's Slave and the Stellaron Hunters of New Babylon Pteruges V, and was responsible, along with Silver Wolf, for waking up the Pathfinder with the Stellaron from the Gert space station. Her dossier is on the Interstellar Corporation's wanted list of the world, which only lists her name and hobbies.

Kafka is described as a gorgeous and lovely young woman with wine-colored hair pulled back into a messy ponytail with two loose bangs hanging down on either side of her face. Her eyes are a similar, lighter shade, and she wears dark pince-nez sunglasses on top of her head, as well as a pearl earring in her right ear.

She wears a white shirt that reveals her upper back and shoulders, with a black jacket draped over her shoulders. On her left lapel is a silver butterfly pin, and in the back center is a large spider-like pattern, as well as webbing on both shoulders and a maroon interior lining.

Her jacket and thighs are also adorned with wine-colored straps with gold detailing, as are her gloves of the same color. She therefore wears black high-waisted shorts and nylon tights, with a garter on her right leg. She also wears black boots of two different lengths: the right one extends above the knee, and the left one slightly covers the ankles.
