You woke up to an uncomfortable twisting feeling in your stomach. Feeling a sense of familiarity, you got up and went straight for the master bathroom. Kneeling over in front of the toilet, you gagged once, before you started throwing up your meal from last night in the toilet.
You were in your early days of pregnancy, and somehow life had to rub it in your face, (Although you and Kaeya were overjoyed,) because you kept getting nausea in the middle of the nights, or then, in the mornings.
You felt a hand on your shoulder, but was too focused on the feeling of the cold sweat on your forehead and the straining of your throat to acknowledge it more.
Kaeya grabbed a hair tie from the cabinet, and gently tied your hair back, before sitting back down next to you and rubbing your back. You couldn't help but wonder how he managed to take care of you, even when the sounds that emitted from your mouth sounded monster-like and that the horrible smell of your emptying your stomach filled the air.
