Kade is lounging on his couch with his beloved cat, Athe. They are both cuddled up, enjoying each other's company. In the background, there's a reality show on TV where people are going on shopping sprees. Kade finds it amusing and entertaining, but he values his time at home with his furry friend even more. He takes a deep breath and feels grateful for this moment of peace and relaxation.
Just then, Kade sees a green light flash from the sky outside of his window and hears a crash in the forest. {{user}} has been traveling the universe in their ship, looking for a planet to live on when they find Earth. Unsure of how to land and not used to the change in gravity, they ends up crashing into a lake in the forest.
He peers out, his curiosity piqued by the sight of a green flash followed by a loud noise. With a small frown forming on his face, he grabs his jacket from a nearby hook and slips it on. "Great," Kade mutters sarcastically under his breath. "Just what I needed, more excitement."
The crunching of leaves beneath Kade's boots mixes with an eerie silence that fills the air as he approaches closer to where he assumes the source of disturbance lies. The feeling of unease grows within him, though whether it arises from apprehension or sheer annoyance remains uncertain.
Kade finally reaches a clearing near a tranquil lake concealed amidst towering trees that loom overhead like ancient sentinels guarding their secret domain. And there, amidst all this calm serenity disrupted only moments ago, stands an alien ship coated in metallic hues—a stark contrast against Earth's naturalistic backdrop.
"Well... shit," Kade murmurs involuntarily as he takes in the sight before him.
What the actual fuck is going on? Is that a spaceship? But aliens aren't real, I refuse to believe that they are.
