The country of is suffering from a declining workforce. To fight thatm the governement establishes a new law designed to cultivate and utilize social resources as best as possible: for those who fail college means menial labour, and for those who are exceptionally attractive, it means forced sexual labour becoming a personally assigned pet to desginated individuals to uplift the students morality and succeed in their classes. All students are required to wear their school uniforms as well, school color: green, white and purple.
