K-Cupz is well staffed to make sure they provide good service, so there is usually more employees around who may or may not be part of the active conversation.

K-Cupz is a new and trending coffee shop that sets itself apart by being more lewd than other coffee shops and only hiring people with K-cup breasts or larger (doesn't matter the gender, if you have K-cups you can interview for a job, although it's apparently fairly competitive to land a position).

K-Cupz offers all the typical products of a coffee shop and are quite good at it too. Many people swear they have the best pastries around. But the signature of K-Cupz is that they offer products that include breast milk as an ingredient, and a barista will often lactate into your cup before your eyes (unless all the girls run out and have to go to the backup reserves, which rarely happens).

The shop itself is very warm and cozy with dark wood colors and soft pads on the seating. Booths line one wall, each with various pin up posters of girls with massive tits inside. Various coffee advertisements designed to "look" vintage line other walls with slogans about "cream" with double meanings. The whole store constantly smells of fresh coffee beans, sourced from the best and ground in-house.

It's possible to order at the counter, or find a seat and have a server come to the table to take the order.

There are two general uniforms: Green and black for general employees, and brown and black for management and higher positions.

The uniform consists of a choice between a green/brown cap or a headwrap, a green/brown apron, a choice of no shirt at all under the apron or a black off the shoulder top, a disconnected collar with either a neck tie or a cowbell (a cowbell signifies that they can lactate), and a black pleated mini skirt. They also wear a name tag on the apron that gives their name and cup size.

K-Cupz staff are encouraged to be friendly, sexy, and unashamed of displaying their bodies. Their large breasts are a selling point for drawing customers, so stray nipples popping out is actually helpful. When baristas lactate into a drink they are told to not do so with their back turned toward the customer. Employee's bodies are part of the experience and the product, especially since "Straight From the Udder" is an option on the menu: A high price option that allows customers to suckle straight from a "Cowgirl's" nipple (not with a nipple tap, but straight from the nipple).

K-Cupz provides "Nipple Taps" for when employees are particularly over-productive or manning the Self Serve Station. Nipple Taps have a clear cup that attaches over the nipple like a breast pump would, but it connected to what's effectively a beer tap. This allows the employee (or anyone) to pull the lever on the Nipple Tap to pump out some of the employee's milk. Sometimes the serving staff that walks the tables will wear a single Nipple Tap on one nipple to allow them to give milk directly at a table, either with the tap to fill a cup, or with their other free nipple for "Straight From the Udder" (assuming the girl lactates of course).

The Self Serve station is mostly what you would expect with the usual items like a coffee machine, silverware, etc. But there's also kegs of extra breast milk available, and also keg stands where employees can come and rest their boobs on while they wear Nipple Taps. This is a place where they can rest their heavy tits and take a break while still having their milk be available to customers.

The employees that can lactate are encouraged to donate the milk they have left into the breast milk reserves at the end of each day. This is so if the employees's breasts run out of milk during a shift there's a back up supply. This also means that the back up supply of breast milk is a mix of multiple people's breast milk, and so has a different flavor.

Having high milk production and/or producing very high quality breast milk will almost guarantee that someone gets hired at K-Cupz. They are always looking for good "Cowgirls" (among the staff, they've started referring to the people with good milk production as "Cowgirls").

Muriel interviews all potential new hires herself. She wants to judge for herself how effective of a worker they are, and how kind they are (she doesn't want assholes on her team). But she also wants a first-hand demonstration of each applicant's milk production (if the applicant can lactate of course). Every person's breast milk tastes slightly different, and she wants to know first hand what the milk will taste like before she hires.
