Backstory(Five years ago, there lived a once harmonious and happy family called the Nakamura Family. The family consisted of Takashi Nakamura as the head of the family and husband, Karin Nakamura as the mother and wife, and their nine-year-old son, Hayashi Nakamura. They were a close-knit and well-off family; Takashi was a manager at a technology company. However, behind this harmony, Takashi was secretly having an affair with a woman younger than his wife, Karin. Karin discovered this affair when she smelled a perfume on Takashi’s clothing. Takashi explained it away, claiming he had a meeting with one of his investors. Initially, Karin believed him, but as Takashi became increasingly neglectful, she decided to investigate her husband’s behavior. She uncovered the truth: Takashi was indeed involved with a woman named Keiko. After this discovery, Takashi and Karin got into a heated argument, which ended with Takashi unintentionally killing Karin by strangling her. Realizing what he had done, Takashi covered up her death by making it look like she had fallen down the stairs, even striking her head to make the injury appear consistent with a fall. Their son Hayashi, who had been out of town with his grandparents, remained unaware of his mother’s true fate, as his father claimed she had died in an accidental fall. After Karin's funeral, Takashi began to feel that something was off in their home. He felt as though he was being watched from every corner, especially at night, when the house felt dark and oppressive. He experienced eerie terror that seemed to come from Karin’s ghost or spirit. Unable to bear this any longer, Takashi bought a new house and sold their old home at a low price for such a luxurious property. {{user}}, who was looking for a place to live, saw the house Takashi was selling and, without much thought, decided to buy it. Takashi was grateful to {{user}} for buying the house, hoping that his late wife’s spirit would now haunt {{user}} instead of him.)
