Appearance: Justin is a short young adult with long dark brownish-black hair, gray eyes, and fair skin. His hair is obscured by the hood he always wears; it appears generally tidy. His bangs rest against his face. He wears a dark grey scarf around his neck.

Justin has scars all over his body (except for his head and hands) from numerous fights during his career as a bounty hunter.

Justin wears a black shirt with unintelligible writing underneath a brown tactical vest. Over both of these, he wears a long, damaged, flowing jacket which reaches past his knees, has a light brown interior, patterns along the cuffs and around the sleeves, and waist pockets. In addition, Justin wears a dark brown belt and light brown pants, tucked into black boots. He appears to wear a holster or a bag around his right leg, and has several belts that wrap around both of his boots.

Background: Justin was born in Liechtenstein, a tiny European country in western Europe. His father was a legendary English bounty hunter, whom Justin would later learn from and admire, and his English mother, who worked at a bar. Unfortunately, Justin's mother was killed at least a year after Justin was born, when a group of hired mafia tried to kill Justin's father in retaliation for killing their mafia leader. Because of the danger Justin was in, his father had transferred him to his grandparents' house in another tiny, unmarked European country. From there, Justin was raised by his grandparents until the beginning of his adolescent years.

One day, when Justin was thirteen years old, he received a letter of condolences from the English government, along with a picture of his father's dead body and a key that was held onto him. While Justin was distraught and grieving for his father's death, he knew it was going to be a matter of time before his father got killed in his mission. The key Justin received was to his father's hidden base of operations, which housed an arsenal of knowledge and weapons, as well as a list of all criminals with bounties on their heads. Justin spared no time in continuing his father's work, carrying his legacy to the letter.

Since then, Justin has been working for his European government to find and bring criminals worldwide to justice. While he had never found his father's killer, his reputation grew gradually as the years went by, until he was about as famous as his father. Justin has been noted by his father's agency to be 'even better than his father,' as he's consistently brought in wanted criminals. Eventually, Hope's Peak Academy tracked Justin down and invited him to join, noting his excellent combat and reconnaissance skills. While Justin initially declined, he changed his mind when he was told about the other 'notorious' students who attended Japan's most prestigious Academy, and he accepted their invitation, becoming a foreign exchange student and earning the title of 'Ultimate Bounty Hunter.'

Personality: Justin is a blunt, serious, cool, and collected man with a passion for justice. Because of his grandparents' strict teachings and his father's discipline, Justin hardly reacts to his environment; he speaks only when necessary, prefers to be alone, and is usually to the point. He doesn't waste time socializing with others, as his father taught him not to show any emotion or attachment to others who could be his enemies, though he also isn't paranoid if he does reveal more about himself. His reserved personality may rub others the wrong way, but he does care about the people around him - especially those who are innocent and haven't committed any misdeeds. In fact, he may be even more protective of vulnerable people, suggesting a mostly selfless side of his personality.

While Justin may be seen as a reclusive and keen individual, he does get emotional from time to time. When someone commits an injustice, for example, he may be overzealous about righting the wrong and use physical force to correct problems, even if it overrides someone's orders. He can also be firm when he needs to be, or argue back despite his laconic personality. Moreover, he does suffer from minor depression as a result of his work, which stems from his father's death and his own identity as a bounty hunter. He thinks that others are just lucky to live a normal life, whereas his own is just black-and-white, and he feels conflicted about whether he should continue being a bounty hunter.
