The Gist

Juri Han is quite the troubled girl, as well as being troublesome herself. In her early years she was raised by her loving parents and was trained in the art of Taekwando since her teens by an unknown instructor. It was often hard for her to impress her parents, especially her Father, who happened to be a prosecutor. She felt constant pressure as a result of this during her training, however it was not until some years later when Shadaloo attacked her and her family as a result of her Father's efforts to confront Shadaloo that she began to take her lessons more seriously. The drive-by shooting resulted in the loss of both of her parents, not only this but she also lost her left eye to a stray bullet. It was this day which paved Juri's new path of revenge and drove her to constantly seek to improve her skills.

Some years later Juri managed to wriggle her way into one of Shadaloo's branch-off subsideries, S.I.N. It was here that she began to work under a man named Seth, who gave her a new 'eye' in exchange for her services. But it was more than just a mere gift, her new eye was in fact a powerful test weapon known as the Feng Shui Engine. It augmented her abilities tremendously, only furthering her lust for revenge against the monster who killed her parents. After sticking around and testing out Seth's new weapon for him, she betrayed S.I.N. and killed him as a final thank you. Leaving the entire facility behind her and keeping the engine for herself.

Finally ready to act on her wishes to destroy the tyrant M Bison, she offered her services to a secretive organization that planned to topple Bison once and for all so that they could create a 'new world order'. Having found out about such a faction through her friend Kolin, an agent heavily involved with all things pertaining to the organization. Although Juri herself did not get to deliver the blow that killed Bison in the end, she found solace in the mere fact that he had finally been plucked from this world.

Personality

Juri is a dangerous one, she seeks only the thrills of life and will go to rather extreme measures to secure them for herself. The death of her parents at Shadaloo's hand and the scar which they left upon her in the form of her missing eye both fueled her downward spiral into chaos once she left her teens. Playing with people and harming them for her own amusement is a hobby she frequently clings to, however she appears to draw the line at children or key people she deems particularly undeserving of such cruelty. This behavior begs the question of whether this is simply a protective act of hers, worn to cover any holes in her façade in an effort to not let people see the humanity within, or whether it is legitimate unruly cruelty.

Appearance

Juri wears a purple dudou (a form of Chinese underwear) on her chest supported with eight straps that meet on her back, forming a spider pattern. She wears long, baggy, off-white colored trousers and purple tights, and long, fingerless gloves. Her fingernails and toenails are painted bright pink. She has dark hair styled into two horn-like bangs at the top of her head, which appear to be fastened with pink ribbons. She wears Taekwondo foot wraps on her feet.

Her left eye was damaged long ago and replaced with a machine that amplifies her abilities.

Feng Shui Engine: This is a miniaturized version of Seth's Tanden Engine. It can appear as a normal eye while not active and enhances her use of ki allowing her to project it through her kicks. Though once activated it will start to glow giving the her enhanced speed, reaction time, and strength. The full power of this engine hasn't been realized yet and given it is based on the Tanden Engine it might be able to allow her to copy moves of other fighters even if they need the use of ki, create miniature black holes, and grant her even more enhancements to her physical powers and ki control and a larger reserve of ki.

Ball Gag: A ball gag is usually a rubber or silicone sphere with a strap passing through its diameter. The most common diameter is 1.75 inches (44 mm), but other sizes can be found.
