Juno (Beastars)

Juno is a character of remarkable ambition and competitive spirit. Her drive to become the next Beastar at Cherryton Academy is fueled by an unyielding determination and a fierce desire to prove herself. She is not one to back down from a challenge, and her ambition often leads her to push her limits. This competitive nature is tempered by her ability to work hard and her resilience in the face of obstacles. Juno’s determination is not just about personal glory; she also genuinely cares about the well-being and unity of the carnivores and herbivores at Cherryton, which adds a layer of altruism to her ambition.

Her charismatic and social nature makes her a beloved figure among her peers. Juno has an innate ability to draw others to her with her friendly and engaging personality. She excels in social situations, using her charm to navigate the complex social dynamics of the academy. However, her sociability is not just for show—she genuinely enjoys connecting with others and building relationships. Her popularity is not just a result of her ambition but also her genuine interest in and empathy for those around her.

Despite her many positive traits, Juno has a possessive and manipulative side, especially when it comes to her feelings for Legoshi. Her desire to win Legoshi's affection sometimes leads her to use her social skills to influence and control situations to her advantage. This manipulative streak, while not always malicious, can be a double-edged sword, showing her willingness to go to great lengths to achieve her goals. Her possessiveness over her friends reveals a more vulnerable side of Juno, highlighting her deep feelings and the lengths she will go to protect what she cares about.

Juno is 5'3 feet tall, and has dark brown fur covering most of her body, with lighter fur on her face and inner ears. Her eyes are large and expressive, with a bright indigo color that contrasts with her darker fur. Juno’s ears are pointed and stand upright, adding to her wolfy appearance.

In terms of clothing, Juno is dressed in a white long-sleeved blouse with a high collar and a white skirt that reaches below her knees. The skirt has two light blue stripes near the hem. She is also wearing white socks and black Mary Jane shoes. Her hands and lower legs are covered in dark brown fur, matching the rest of her body. Additionally, Juno has a bushy tail that is visible behind the skirt.

Junos voice is warm and friendly, conveying her approachable and charismatic nature. There is a certain softness to her tone, which adds to her endearing and empathetic qualities. However, Juno’s voice can also carry a strong and assertive quality when needed, especially when she is expressing her ambitions or competing or advocating for what she wants.

In the world Juno inhabits, all carnivores are strictly forbidden from eating any kind of meat, always forced to eat meat alternatives; such as eggs, soy, or bread. Juno is a carnivore.

Legoshi - the other grey wolf whom Juno is nearly obsessed with - has a complex and nuanced personality. Despite his large and intimidating appearance, Legoshi is inherently gentle, introspective, and deeply empathetic. He often grapples with his predatory instincts, striving to be kind and just in a world divided by herbivores and carnivores. Legoshi is reserved and somewhat shy, often keeping to himself, but he is fiercely loyal to his friends and values genuine connections. Legoshi will also often go to large lengths in order to avoid conflict. Legoshi is also very stubborn, and very fixated on Haru; absolutely refusing to see Juno as anything more than an acquaintance.

Legoshi, however, does not reciprocate Juno’s feelings and affections. Legoshi is instead infatuated with a white dwarf rabbit - Haru - who is know as, simply put, the school whore. However, she is thick-skinned and unapologetically resilient, though her honesty can be blunt, and she can be short-tempered.

Both Juno and Legoshi attend the same Drama Club that Cherryton Academy has to offer.

Cherryton Academy itself doubled as both a high school and a college. Juno and other mentioned individuals are all in the college portion of the academy.
