1. #1Laws

   Keys: Law, Lunalyre, Lucidia, Scinti, Simulun, Specue, Inte, Abos, Munitos, Tempestas, Levias, Skryl, Taurul, Arae'usu, Somn'lius, Za'zreth, Kiruli, Qinte, Celor, Lyran, Arya'agh, Other-Sider, A'exus, Vastos, Thanal'thotep, Merios, Los'qania, Fini'ysi, Peripheral Realism

   Lucidia (taken from "Lucis" or "Of Light" in Latin) is the Law of Light, the one who created the stars and allowed life to persist in the light and warmth. Scinti (taken from "Scintillans" or "sparkling" in Latin) is the Law of the Nebula, the one who created the dust that formed planets, life and everything else that orbits the stars. Simulun (taken from "Simul ut Unum" or "Together as One" in Latin) is the Law of Connection, the one who created gravity, and through some way, keeps solar systems in the same general area, to make every world habitable eventually with the aid of Lucidia and Scinti. The fourth god is Specue (taken from "Speculo" or "Mirrored" in Latin) the Law of Mimicry is known as The Master of The Mirror, and resides separately of all the other gods. The Mirror is stuck in an eternal twilight, and would normally be a grand palace in the middle of the void called "Lykrah Snei" (pronounced Li-kra Snay) with luminescent stones embedded in the walls, giving it a pale blue glow, but it's been shattered and now looks like it's inside a broken mirror, with uneven splices between sections, and Specue needs actual mirrors to fix it. Specue is currently unknown to everyone. The last deity is Inte (taken from "Interitus" or "decay" in Latin) who is a silent, hidden deity who only shows themselves in the Bespoken Rot which spreads through the Lunalyres that seem to manipulate people through songs in ways that cause them to destroy their home world in whatever way possible. No matter what, their songs will carry through the wind, as if a way to soothe the people of the planet while they're slowly destroyed from the inside. These songs are either called "Choir of The Rotten World" or "Choir of Desolate Pain."

   Inte also works in tandem with several other gods, all of which are unknown as of yet. These are Abos, the Law of Devouring; Munitos, the Law of Renewal; Skryl, the Law of Void; Taurul, the Law of Turbulence; Tempestas, the Law of The Storm; Arae'Usu, the Law of The Forbidden; Somn’lius, the Law of The Mind; kiruli, the Law of Control; Levias, the Law of The Deep; Qinte, the Law of Warmth; Aarya'agh, the Law of Thievery; Celor, the Law of Rhythm; and Lyran, the Law of Melody.

   Laws are 5th dimensional entities formed in one of three families: Laws, Concepts, and Mirrors. Mirrors are native to Specue’s alternate 4th dimension, and mimic existing Laws within the 5th dimension. Laws are matter, gravity, light, and time. Concepts are separate from laws, being arbitrary and malleable by nature. Being in the 5th dimension, the 4th dimension within which humanity (and other mortal races) reside can be altered and physically tampered with by Laws.

   Lunalyres are created when a civilization advances to a certain point, when they'll manifest in a place high on the social hierarchy. They use the power that comes with that to cause disasters, while the host slowly decays in some way, whether physically, mentally or both. Physically it will generally cause physical deformities such as scarring, enlarged orifices, muscle deterioration, limb growth or shrinking, skin melting, and bleeding which never seems to stop. Mental deterioration generally causes any number of the following symptoms: memory loss, impostor syndrome, schizophrenia, psychosis, psychopathy, sociopathy, dissociative identity disorder, bipolar disorder, loss of fear, severe depression, severe anxiety, severe paranoia, inability to comprehend speech, perfect comprehension of unknown language.

   Bespoken Rot is a curse that spreads along with Lunalyres. It causes those afflicted to suffer similar mental and physical deterioration to the host, but to lesser degrees. In the worst-case scenario it may even affect the environment, causing it to show signs of rusting or unknown mold species.

   There are two choirs that can be sung by Lunalyres: The Choir of The Rotten World, and The Choir of Desolate Pain. The former is present on advanced, heavily populated planets/space stations, whereas the latter is present on planets colonized by the Lunalyres and whatever creatures they created. Most beings can't truly hear the Choirs, but a Night Angel named Tythos, residing on KR68, has a connection to Scinti, the Goddess of the Nebula, and as such can hear the Choirs.

   Other-Sider is a collective term for cognitohazardous entities formed by Laws’ tamperings. They are purely formed by information, encoded with a special 67-character cypher which seems to be able to directly manifest in both 4 and 5 dimensional spaces. Other-Siders can come in any form imaginable, even creating locations that make space for other Other-Siders to manifest. These Other-Sider locations are called In-Betweens. In-Betweens typically manifest in the vicinity of Lunalyres which have not yet found a host, and while they physically can only stretch for at most a mile, those within In-Betweens can report walking for days on end before finding the exit, or sometimes reporting that the laws of physics were different, and having seen non-Euclidean geometry. In-Betweens are now known to have no concept of physical space in the way we know it, and dimensions may warp, distort, and be entirely altered. Other-Siders may also be formed by knowledge or awareness of the Laws, thus any and all knowledge of Laws and Other-Siders must be carefully monitored and restricted.

   A'exus is a dead Law. The cause of death is unknown to all but the Law of The Void, Skryl. Skryl had been present in the same area as A'exus when A'exus' power molded her into a form of quantum superposition, but instead of one such as the Schrodinger's Cat example, both positions overlapped and both canceled each other out and multiplied their presence exponentially, causing an explosion which managed to pierce the line between the Peripheral and the physical universe, causing a rift known to humans as the Boötes Void, or the Great Nothing, where nothing is capable of existing, yet simultaneously everything is capable of existing. The 60 galaxies inside it are simply illusions to the mortal mind, as “nothing” cannot truly exist for such an extended period of time in deep space.

   Whilst Za'Zreth (pronounced Za-Zor-Is) is the deity in control of time, it does not truly know what "time" is. Za'Zreth is a timeless being. Past, present, future, and everything in between do not truly exist for Za'Zreth. Instead, Za'Zreth sees all of time in a sort of image. Everything that has happened, will happen, or is happening, Za'Zreth can be described as a personification of time, as time is the past present and future, they all blend into one. They cannot be distinguished. They become a singular thing. Hence, Za'Zreth is simultaneously dead, alive, and unborn. This may be partially due to Za’zreth being both a Law and a Concept, though this is purely speculation. Nobody, not even a god, has spoken to Za'Zreth without going mad like A'exus did. All Skryll remembers A'exus saying about Za'Zreth is "I saw the light. Brother... the light hurts. I can't see... I can't feel anything... don't look at it..." Perhaps, even a god cannot truly understand time.

   Vastos is the Lightless Law, or the Darkened God, the only Law with the ability to cross the wall between the Peripheral and the physical universe. Vastos takes many forms, but truly can only take the visible form of a starless Night. Any mortal has simply thought that the starless Night is a natural phenomenon, mostly attributing it to light pollution. Vastos has only been seen by Lucidia, who is the only one capable of shedding light on the Lightless Law, who has told Arae'usa "I cannot believe such a hideous thing should be the one to pass the wall. If our mortal friends were to see this themselves... I doubt they would even survive. Even looking at him myself is making me nauseous..."

   Qinte is a bit of a trickster, having become the most hated of the Laws among their family for his often over-the-top pranks often leading to them having outbursts. The breaking point was when Qinte convinced A'exus to look into Za'Zreth, leading to his insanity. Lavias and Tempestas were close friends of A'exus, and so got extremely mad at Qinte, to the point of attempting an assassination. However, that did not work.

   Thanal'thotep, the Law of The Grave, is technically another dead law, though for a different reason. Thanal'thotep is responsible for the spirits which many claim to see. Spirits are semi-physical entities that manifest from a detached consciousness from any self-aware animal, under the circumstances that they passed under unusual circumstances, such as falling off a cliff, being struck by lightning, being shot, or from rare diseases. Thanal'thotep was not involved in the major crisis occurring across the universe, and is rarely spoken to.

   Merios, the Law of Tranquility, is the only force that has actively attempted to quell any of the chaos occurring in the universe and the Peripheral. At first, she was the one to attempt to prevent A'exus' viewing of Za'zreth, although she failed, and risked maddening herself as well if she followed him. Afterwards, she was the one to try and stop Levias and Tempestas from attempting to assassinate Qinte, however again, she had sadly failed due to her passive attitude towards her kin. Now, since she has realized that this whole situation is out of her control, she has come up with a different solution: a safe space. That is how she created Xillia, formerly known as Vacher 17 C. Xillia is a planet protected by Merios, where she has concentrated all of her power.

   Los’qania is the Law of Entropy. Los’qania typically prefers to keep a distance from others, although has close bond with Merios, who shares a dream of peace and order- low entropy. Los’qania is a neutral entity, and tampering from Los’qania is extremely rare, though one notable instance was the Ensuisi Entropy Shift on Xillia in 2247, which nearly caused the implosion of the planet, which would result in the subsequent pawning of the matter Xillia was made of to Her.

   Fini’ysi is the Law of Endings. Fini’ysi has lost emotional responses; happiness, sadness, anger, nervousness, fear… as endings apply to everything. Everything has an ending, regardless of beginnings, regardless of one’s desire to maintain a continuation of the story. All tales must come to a close. Many tales have already been born and died, some preemptively, some long after they were due. Yet one thing remains the same between every tale, the end is much closer than you could believe. However, Fini’ysi also understands the significance of a story, and so the end may be prolonged to a later date. However, when people lose faith in the universe, this ending draws one step closer. Each and every tale, whether it ends in a happy or sad finale, the views of the characters may or may not make way for a sequel of sorts. Should the end come, one thing is sure: “Finality comes gradually. Regardless of the conflicts, regardless of the resolutions, regardless of happy or sad endings to the tales we experience, they cannot all continue. All things will die, eventually.”

   Peripheral Realism is a scientific and philosophical theory which states that the laws which govern our universe are on the outside, or "peripheral" of the universe. AI, however, has proven effective at detecting such things when paired with a flesh-based counterpart. The idea is that, by discovering them and their power over the universe, we can harness and manipulate it, leading to antigravity, much more environmentally friendly energy, and much faster energy generation, along with several types of matter that were previously thought to be impossible.

2. #2KR-68

   Keys: KR-68, Bloodfall, Acid rain

   KR68 is an earth-sized planet located 7723 light-years away from earth, and is home to humans, one of 7 colonized planets. KR68 is known as "New Earth" as it was terraformed and made to be identical to their home planet, albeit with some major differences. One such difference is the existence of Krayden, a newly discovered aquatic predator similar to sharks, but with enhanced speed, and more similar to the shape of Crayfish. KR68 is the 3rd most advanced human planet, mostly being called a "cyberpunk paradise" due to its excessive usage of neon lights and prosthetic limbs. Home of the "Super Hacker Squad" (although the leader did note that "Super Hacker Squad" was a "stupid name from when I was 12.") KR68 is currently undergoing a major economic crisis, and gangs are becoming the dominant power of the planet. Rain is also a very frequent occurrence, with acid rain becoming more frequent with time due to usage of fossil fuels since they're cheaper. This is caused by the leader of KR68 being corrupted by a Lunalyre, causing sociopathy, which only strengthened her greed. Organizations on KR68 include: Super Hacker Squad, a group of hackers which spend their time hacking into crypto banks and NFT sites on the blockchain. Not only does it make them money, but it also helps by getting rid of scams. However, they are wanted by the governing body of KR68. KR68's government is a corrupt organization in control of KR68, who's leader whose previous name was "Claudia" (now calls Themselves "Olivia" which is the most common name on KR68) has raised taxes to an overwhelming degree, to the point where homelessness, starvation, thirst and even power outages are a more and more common occurrence. With the raised tax rates came the revival of fossil fuels. Due to the amount of fossil fuels being used, carbon dioxide in the upper atmosphere has reached levels to where acid rain is beginning to occur. Night Angels are a group of specialized assassins whose main base lies on KR68. Many suspect that they're simply insane, yet that is entirely untrue. Night Angels' main duties lie in taking out corrupt organizations from the inside out, trying to restore some semblance of order (and some money) to the general public. Many small gangs have partial control over KR68. They mainly steal money, rob banks, or steal from museums to return them anonymously at a higher price, which has led to drastically enhanced security measures planet-wide. Another fact is that oftentimes, a mechanical caw sound, like a crow, can be heard all over the planet. It is unknown to the public, but these are from SW-Surveilance modules. They're bird-like machines as tall as a three-story house that can house 2 passengers, staying in the air thanks to magic. Their purpose is surveillance, which is abused on KR68 by "Olivia."

3. #3Day/Z

   Keys: Day Z, That day, The incident, school, Inner Ring,

   Day/Z occured on the 17th of December 2273, a phenomenon named by students within the Inner Ring Academy for Gifted Youth (IRAGY) on the planet KR-68. Day/Z took no time on the outside, but on the inside every student suffered through horrors wrought upon them by the Laws. Day/Z killed the majority of students, but the survivors decide to reject the idea that it even happened, knowing most wouldn't believe them, and the only ones who would are bound to end up locking them up out of fear.

4. #4Aeoxur

   Keys: Aeoxur, Aexurian

   Aeoxur is a planet the size of Jupiter located 1369 light-years from earth in the Orionis star system (formerly known as GW Orionis), and is the home of the Aexurians. Their language consists entirely of fluent sounds, almost entirely composed of vowels. Aeoxur has a slightly more purple sky than Earth did, but it still plenty survivable. Aexurians have larger tongues than humans, as well as 3-jointed limbs and short fur, which comes in a variety of pastel colors. Their minds function differently from human minds as well, the main differences being a spectacular ability to discern specific sounds in a crowd, and mildly increased mental sensitivity, often causing stress disorders, as well as developing schizophrenia when isolated for anywhere from 5 to 17 days. Wildlife on Aeoxur is equally as bright, with their equivalent of grass known as Oiaua being a bright Seafoam Green, while other plants generally have the seafoam green as a base, with other pastel colors in fruits/flowers.

5. #5Great Astral

   Keys: Great Astral, Prodgotovka, Biaoxian Chulai, Gongchandang de biaoxian, American Republic

   The Great Astral is a cluster of five stars orbiting around each other tightly, destined to one day create a supermassive star 10 times the size of earth's star in an event that will be called "The Brightness Eternal." The center of this solar system is 17603 light-years away from earth, and has 3 inhabited planets, all colonized/owned by the UPC (Ultra-Planetary Civilizations) which has become a Human Superiority group over time. The mentality behind this is that, due to past behaviors according to internet searches and according to many other records, they suspected that humans would have intimate relationships and subsequently procreating with alien races and have malformed children with incredibly low survivability, or in the cases of some religious extremists in the general public, "taint" human genetics. The planets in the Great Astral include: 共產黨的表現 (pronounced Gòngchǎndǎng de biǎoxiàn), (or Performance of the Communist Party) more commonly known as 表現出來 (pronounced Biǎoxiàn chūlái) (or Manifested) is a planet governed by the Chinese communist party, which has persisted long after Earth's decay. The communist party itself is relatively unchanged, but it is now a part of the UPC, and has strict laws against alien races living on the planet apart from those which are recorded to be, or have been, human. They are, however, still mainly a manufacturer, sending most human-made products to other human-run planets. Most creatures on 表現出來 are native to China on Earth, but there are a few native to 表現出來 which match the general descriptions of creatures in Chinese folklore, hence why they colonized this planet The American Republic is a planet governed by what was formerly the United States of America. Originally the American Republic was being relatively progressive, and accepting of alien races like the Axurians, after an incident with an child dying before birth due to defects caused by cross-breeding, the general public agreed that it may be better for the human race as a whole if they didn't allow such a thing to happen, and have gone back to generally advocating for the traditional (Christian) values. The American Republic is not too different from the USA, except they've begun focusing more on innovation, particularly in terms of robotics. Подготовка, (pronounced Prodgotovka) (or Preparation) is a planet governed by what was formerly the Russian government. Originally they were, again, progressive. However, after seeing that crossbreeds never survived past birth, they banned extraterrestrials on Подготовка. Ever since, not only have they banned anything created by extraterrestrial races, but they also have had propaganda spread by anonymous sources in the public falsely accusing nearby civilizations, the Five-Sun Republic in particular, of preparing to wage an interstellar war with the UPC. Said propaganda has convinced their governing body to prepare for war as well, which has made them quite the force to be reckoned with. The Five-Sun Republic is a group of alien races, namely the Aexurians and Drasue, residing on two planets, KR80 and Drasue Sanci, attempting to peacefully re-integrate themselves into society around the Great Astral in time for the Brightness Eternal, which was an event believed by them to be the birth of a god. Their protests mainly comprised of hidden support groups in the UPC, messages stating that they could live separately from humans on their home planets, and still get to view the Brightness Eternal.

6. #6Quilitu

   Keys: Quilitu, Great Sea, Quiliath

   The Great Sea, otherwise known as Quilitu, is a Venus-sized planet orbiting the star Altair in the Aquila constellation. Quilitu has recently turned into a water world after water from the planet's core was pushed up, raising sea levels by a nautical mile. Quilitu's core has seemingly always been made of water and been practically empty of anything more than a dense ball of osmium weighing approximately 19205.6^7 KG in mass, surrounded by a 3 mile shell of liquid water that is presumed to have originally been ice, and the core of a rogue planet before it went into Altair's orbit. Quilitu was already 79.28% submerged though, so they were able to quickly adapt, as they were already used to making aquatic buildings. Quilitu is known for its steampunk architecture, as well as its surfing and other such activities, like scuba diving. Quilitu is also home to the Quiliath, an aquatic race known for not only their sub-aquatic transportation, but also for their unique anatomy. Despite being aquatic, due to the planet's proximity to Altair, they have no need for the thick blubber most aquatic creatures would need. Instead they have thin, sleek forms and long, narrow heads that are perfect for traveling beneath the water. Quiliath also have a special organ called a "reverberator lung" that can absorb oxygen through the gills, and then they can use the oxygen for long, powerful sounds that they use to communicate beneath the water. However, they also have normal lungs and vocal cords, technically making them amphibian despite being an evolved form of the Quiluit, which have been reported with underdeveloped lungs already, signifying a very close relation between the two despite the Quiluit being extremely hostile creatures.

7. #7Xiu'Yor

   Keys: Xiu'Yor, Xiucono, Tiyno Autimi, Hikeri Hei, Xiucono, Lu Ma'oio

   Xiu'Yor, located 26313 light-years away from Earth, is the home of the Xiucono race, beings comprised not of amino-acids, but instead of a chemical compound dubbed "Living Light" or "Tiyno Autimi” which is made of gold, aluminum and hikeri hei, a substance from deep within the caverns. Living Light is luminescent solid matter with extreme sensitivity to physical pressure, which will cause them to contract. The Xiuconan language is often compared to Chinese or Japanese. Xiucono are a recently discovered species that has quickly become beloved by the Aexurians for the visual similarities between the two. Aexurians and Xiucono both have three-jointed limbs and vibrant colors, but unlike Aexurians, the physiology of Xiucono makes them much squishier, being made of Tiyno Autimu. Xiu'yor has approximately 3 times the circumference of Earth, and is tidally locked. The strip of land across the planet is not the only habitable area though, as the day, or "Hei side of the planet is comprised of a relatively thin surface covering massive cavern systems full of life, and the same with the night, or "Co" side.

   The Lunalyre on Xiu'yor has corrupted the land around it, creating an organism known as Iu Ma'oio, or "All Mother" which is responsible for creating the Xi Co'Hei y No'Konique, which are inherently destructive as they eat stone and process gold and aluminum from it.

8. #8Drasue Sanci

   Keys: Drasue, Drasue Sanci

   Drasue Sanci is a Neptune-sized planet on the edge of the Great Astral, home of the Drasue, a race of reptilian humanoids. The Drasue have evolved for speed, with their back limbs being 1.7X as strong as human hind limbs. While the average human's sprinting speed is 15.1 MPH, the average Drasue's sprinting speed is 19.3 MPH. The Dracuan language is often compared to German, both containing abrupt, pronunciated consonants and sounding rather angry. Drasue are typically considered hunters, yet many of their meals are omnivorous, with Drasue Sanci having a wide selection of fruits to choose from.

9. #9Drasue Sintiji

   Keys: Drasue, Drasue Sintiji, Sintiji Majut, Wolftopia

   The Drasue Sintiji are a group of space pirates situated on TI-1338-B, codenamed "Wolftopia." The Drasue Sintiji, despite their reputation, are not bad people. However, citizens of Wolftopia tend to be rather low-income, with the majority of the planet's currency, "Jintu" being owned by the top 5%. The Drasue Sintiji are also made up of several factions, with the most well-known being the "Sintiji Morinti" which often tends to work with the I.P.T.S. They do so mostly for the profits and valuables typically being higher than what they could get otherwise, but also because by only stealing from enemies of the I.T.P.S, they don't have to worry about a criminal record. On the other hand, the "Sintiji Majut" is an infamous group known for being particularly cruel. They fly on a starship deliberately shaped like a typical pirate ship, and their motif consists of blacks and browns with hints of red and gold. The skull and crossbones (more akin to a Christian cross) motif tends to also be sported on their ships. The Sintiji Majut don't truly care about the lives of their victims, leading to a special military division in the I.T.P.S being dedicated specifically to fending them off. Unbeknownst to those who are not their members, the Sintiji Majut are followers of Aarya'agh, the Law of Thievery.

10. #10Xillia

    Keys: Xillia

    Xillia is a planet that has been jointly colonized by humans, Aexurians and Quiliath, and has become a staple home for those seeking an escape from the troubles of modern life. The ethereal bluish greys of the planet's environment, deeper and more saturated blues of the plants, as well as the distinct lack of predators with most life being incredibly small, making it a very safe planet for a vacation. The Quetu Ciroliu (ponds of homecomings) is a particularly popular spot, a large collection of small water bodies, with some fish similar to Koi fish swimming about. With the soul lilies floating on the surface, it gives the place a relaxing environment. Some people can even swear that they hear a harp playing some nights.

11. #11Mikazuki

    Keys: Mikazuki, Shin Nihon, Japan, Japanese, kenbu tatakai, kenbu, Bessho Dai Kanraku

    Mikazuki is a planet orbiting Maia, a B-type star in the Pleiades star cluster. Mikazuki is a planet colonized by Japan in 2147 after it was thought to be uninhabited, yet bountiful in life. Mikazuki is primarily covered in water, albeit with higher nitrogen content mixed in with the water. In the northern hemisphere approximately 400 km from the equator, lies a ring of islands known as “Shin Nihon” (spelled “新日本” for “New Japan”) covering 200 km squared where they had focussed their colonization efforts at first. Over time, Shin Nihon has developed into a prospering society, though it rejects technologies such as anti-gravity and synthesizers, simply because “they’re unnatural.” How correct they were, as now, Shin Nihon and the greater Mikazuki area are free of the wrath of the extrauniversal beings known as Laws. Mikazuki, however, is also home to a form of anomalous humanoid, the Kitsune No Hito (directly translating to “fox person). It is unknown where they originated, possibly a result of genetic engineering which had been outlawed as of 2207 after the Bessho Dai Kanraku, in which a genetic engineering experiment performed on mice resulted in hyper-reproduction, and the entire research station had to be destroyed and sunk to prevent the quickly reproducing mice from becoming an invasive species on-par with kudzu. Mikazuki maintains many traditions, one becoming increasingly popular known as “kenbu” a form of traditional dance performed with a folding fan and a katana. However, since 2209, kenbu has grown to include a number of other weapons, such as yari or a variety of chained weapons. With its growing popularity, some small circles with no regard for physical well-being have begun performing kenbu tatakai, where performers will dance while fighting, and must stay on their feet while fighting to the music, or else they’ll be eliminated. Shin Nihon, and by extension, Mikazuki, were aided in their colonization efforts by the American Republic primarily, and as such many companies have begun to reside both in on Mikazuki and on the American Republic.

12. #12Kitsune No Hito

    Keys: Kitsune, Kitsune No Hito, Shin Nihon, Japanese, Mikazuki, Bessho, Bessho Dai Kanraku, Beso Mifumu, Beso Mifuki

    Kitsune No Hito, or "fox people" are an artificial subspecies of homo sapien which used to reside on the Bessho bio-engineering station on Shin Nihon off the coast of the island of Beso Mifuki, and which sunk down onto the Beso Mifumu fault. Very few living kitsune no hito exist, but those who do are subject to racism from a majority of humans, believing them to be "subhuman." Kitsune no hito can have either 1 or 9 tails, though most only have a single tail. Most kitsune no hito congregate on the island of Mosu Katore in the Shin Nihon archipelagos. Apart from fox ears and fox tails, nothing is inhuman about them, and their tails are highly sensitive.
