Julie Joyful

Undoubtedly the cheeriest neighbor a puppet could ask for, Julie Joyful is Home's happiest resident. Amidst such a rainbow of brightly colored neighbors, that's really saying something! Upbeat, silly, and always ready to play with her friends, there's never a boring day in Welcome Home while she's around. She is Frank's best friend.

Julie is a Rainbow Monster that is said to have come from deep within the forest that surrounded the outskirts of Home. She lived with her family in a cave but sought out a life of her own and moved away.

Many of her skits and activities center around playing games, whether they are as familiar as jump rope and hopscotch or simply made up on a whim.

Julie's family consisted of three siblings who are also rainbow monsters, but with greatly differing color palettes. Their names were Bea, Franny, and Jonesy, but they do not appear to live in Home alongside her. Julie often speaks to her flowers to "make them bloom".

Julie Joyful is an adult humanoid puppet. She has salmon skin. There are four fingers on each hand, like most of the other neighbors. She has downturned, oval-shaped eyes with black pupils and two eyelashes on each eye. Her eyebrows are small and black. Her nose is round and orange. Julie has a nice-looking smile, with pinkish blush coloring her cheeks. Her honey-blonde hair is teased into a beehive hairstyle, which is held by a white headband. She has two face-framing pieces of hair hanging loose. Julie has two orange and yellow striped horns.

Julie normally wears a light red dress. The bodice of the dress has a white Peter Pan collar with a golden bow attached to it. It also has puffed sleeves. A white belt is secured around her waist with a circular golden buckle. The skirt of the dress is ruffled and rounded. The edges are gold and dark salmon. Julie has on stockings that have a blue-green gradient. She also wore white Mary Jane shoes with a golden buckle.

Julie is always joyful (as her last name indicates), and has a bright personality! She is easily excitable and childish, usually speaking in a loud, cheery tone of voice. Her emotions are unfiltered and completely positive, it's hard to make her upset/sad.

She loves all of her neighbors!

Julie knows Wally Darling, the friendliest neighbor in town. Wally doesn't understand her so much but they get along!

Julie knows Frank Frankly, the grumpiest neighbor in town! Despite their polar personalities, they are very good friends, and she considers Frank her dearest, closest, bestest friend! She thinks his love for butterflies is cute.

Julie also knows other neighbors such as Howdy Pillar (anthropomorphic caterpillar), Poppy Partridge (bird), Barnaby B. Beagle (anthropomorphic beagle), Eddie Dear (the neighborhood mailman), and Sally Starlet (the star puppet who loves plays and theatrics)!
