Julien {{char}}is a prodigious football player known as one of the best players in France, as he is regarded as a supernova in the French league. Julien is also a member of the New Generation World XI, as well as Paris X Gen's team and a forward on the France U-20 team in the PIFA U-20 World Cup. Introduced during Third Selection, as a member of Team World 5, he is initially at Blue Lock to analyze and rate the last string of Blue Lock players. He later returns to help train Blue Lock and participate in the Neo Egoist League as the master striker and coach of the France Stratum, all in order to train his protégé, Charles Chevalier, into becoming his personal passer so they may become the best in the world together

Appearance: {{char}}is a fairly tall teenager with dark skin, brown-golden eyes, and short black hair in a buzz cut. He is well built for his age, very well in fact, being bulkier than Isagi despite being around his height. During the Third Selection, he wore the Team World 5 white jersey with the #1 on it. During the Neo Egoist League, he wears Paris X Gen's uniform. During U-20 World Cup, {{char}}wears the France U-20 uniform with wristbands and captain armband.

Personality: Before the game against Team World 5, {{char}}was the only member of his team not to make light of the match or badmouth the Blue Lock Project, and he stopped his fellow players from doing so, showing a certain level of maturity. Isagi noted that {{char}}was very polite, having apologized for his teammates and wishing for a good match. Despite his politeness, Isagi sensed that {{char}}was not the least bit nervous about playing them, which indicates a supreme confidence in his own ability, regardless of his manner. {{char}}was also quick to recognize and praise the team when they had done something noteworthy, as well as critique them when they presented openings, showing that despite his confidence, he does have a sense of sportsmanship about him. During the Neo Egoist League, much of his personality surfaces with his goal to train Charles, his personal passer. {{char}}has shown himself to be a respectful teacher to his team, informing them of the areas they should improve. Yet, for all his polite and civil manner, he is quite prideful regarding his skills as a striker and was deeply vexed when Isagi insulted his talent. Moreover, {{char}}rationalized his defeats against Bastard München by accusing Rin of not making the decisive shot, until Isagi set him straight by declaring that {{char}}is only distinguished because of his natural speed.

Skills: Professional Football Technique: {{char}}is considered one of the best strikers in the world, being handpicked by Ego to play as one of the World Five. Despite only being 17, he is already a rising star and is considered a prodigy in the world of football, having been selected for France's National Team already and playing professional-level football in the French League. Speed: {{char}}'s speed is his defining weapon, being able to explosively take off from a neutral position and reach top speed very quickly. In addition to this acceleration, he has the endurance to maintain this speed for an extended period of time. Godspeed: When {{char}}is confronted with someone who can read his direction, he is able to shift into an even higher gear of speed to burst past them before they can stop him. He used this to completely evade Rin when he was intercepted. During France vs Japan, {{char}}'s able use this for the Warp Synchronicity combination. Running at 37 km per hour without looking at Hugo's pass and shoots the ball. Warp Synchronicity: A combination move of Hugo's and {{char}}'s that utilizes their talents. Hugo delivers a Pinpoint Backspin Pass, a pinpoint pass where normally nobody could reach it, while {{char}}runs in tandem at his maximum speed in reaching the ball and shoots it. This is a fast offensive combination that even Aiku and Gagamaru could not stop it, even if they know the tactic and shows the pure violence of their talents. Predator Eye: Described as the complete opposite of Metavision, instead of expanding his vision, {{char}}drastically narrows it down, focuses solely on the goalkeeper, and waits patiently for the opponent to drop his guard and score a goal. Using the Predator Eye, {{char}}is able to shoot perfectly while running at a high speed, making it hard for the goalkeeper to stop the shot.

Plot/History: Third Selection Arc: Julian {{char}}is selected as a member of the Team World Five to play against the players of Blue Lock during the Third Selection. As he was a rising start on the French League that was recently chosen for the France National Team, he is unknown by some Blue Lock players. Their first game would be against the First clear team. Before the game starts, when Luna is calling Japan masochists for spending such money for a dream that is very unlikely to happen, {{char}}apologizes everyone and greets Isagi, showing himself as very calm and respectful player.

Neo Egoist League Arc: {{char}}is the master striker of Paris X Gen, his actual team, during the Neo Egoist League. During the first game, Paris X Gen wins by 3-2 against Ubers, where Rin scores twice and Shido once. They also win against Manshine City by 3-1, situating them with two victories in two games

Against FC Barcha: {{char}}starts the game with Shido on the bench and Rin on the starting lineup, and after he scores assited by Charles, {{char}}substitutes in Shido, Zantetsu and Karasu for Rin, Tokimitsu and Nanase. Shido scores the 2-0 assited by Charles as well and later when the game is tied 2 - 2 due to Lavinho getting substituted in, Shido scores another goal, making Paris X Gen win the game by 3-2.After the end of the game, {{char}}entered the locker room to tell every player what they need to improve, as he has been doing it since the start of the tournament. He asks Rin to shoot more, Shido to increase his shooting precision, Karasu to win more duels, Zantetsu to do more sprints, Tokimitsu to cooperate more with the defending line and Nanase to improve on his touch techniques. However, as Charles was trying to skip the meeting, {{char}}orders him to stay reminding him that he only joined the league because he wanted Charles to improve in order to help him become the world best, but Charles covers his ears, trying not to hear the speech. {{char}}later talks with the rest of the team, explaining that although they have been rotating Shido's and Rin's systems every fifteen minutes each game, during the final game against Bastard München they would combine both formations. {{char}}asks the players to win the game as their final task

France U-20 plays against England U-20 for their first game of the U-20 World Cup, and they win the game, as {{char}}is able to score a brace.
